Lives marked by violence: macrosocial and subjective aspects

Este artigo parte da experiência de dois anos em um Programa de Residência em Saúde Mental e Saúde Coletiva e objetiva fazer uma reflexão sobre as diversas formas de violência presentes na vida dos sujeitos com quem tomamos contato. Iniciamos a discussão chamando a atenção para a invisibilidade daquilo que Zizek (2014) nomeia como violência sistêmica. Em um segundo momento, partimos das contribuições da psicanálise para refletir sobre o efeito transgeracional da violência e utilizamos o relato de experiência e o estudo de caso para analisar algumas situações reais. Por fim, chamamos atenção para a importância do ato clínico e político de resgatar a memória e ajudar esses sujeitos a produzir narrativas próprias acerca desses acontecimentos traumáticos.

This article, which concerns two years of experience in a Residency Program in Mental Health and Public Health, aims to make a reflection about the many ways in wich violence presents itself in people's life history who were assisted. We started the discussion the invisibility of what Zizek (2014) calls systemic violence. In a second moment, we use the contributions of psychoanalysis to think about the transgenerational effect of violence. We used an experience report and a case study to analyze some real situations. Finally, we emphasize the importance of the clinical and political act of searching the memory and helping these people to produce their own narratives about these traumatic events.

Black Pride Day Project: an antiracist health experience in primary care

Este trabalho relata uma experiência de intervenção, na perspectiva da promoção da saúde, denominada "Dia do Orgulho Negro", construída pela comunidade com uma UBS em Campinas e com apoio intersetorial. Buscou-se enaltecer elementos culturais da população negra, através de apresentações, oficinas e tendas, destacando o potencial dessas ações como estratégias para despertar pertencimento identitário e fortalecimento de vínculos, visando a produção de identidade negra positiva e combate ao racismo. É traçado um breve panorama do lugar do negro na cidade de Campinas e a relação da psicologia com o racismo. Como resultados, foi possível sensibilizar os profissionais para a importância de considerarem os efeitos do racismo institucional no processo de saúde, possibilitar maior aproximação entre a UBS e a população negra do território e construção de pauta de ações intersetoriais com foco no racismo institucional. Concluise com provocações e apontamentos frente a um desejo de um projeto de saúde antirracista.

This work reports an intervention experience, in the perspective of health promotion, called "Black Pride Day", built by the community with a BHU in Campinas and with intersectoral support. We sought to highlight cultural elements of the black population, through presentations, workshops and tents, highlighting the potential of these actions as strategies to awaken identity belonging and strengthen bonds, aiming at producing positive black identity and combating racism. A brief overview of the place of the black in the city of Campinas and the relationship between psychology and racism is outlined. As a result, it was possible to sensitize professionals to the importance of considering the effects of institutional racism in the health process, to enable a closer relationship between the BHU and the black population of the territory and the construction of an agenda of intersectoral actions focusing on institutional racism. It concludes with provocations and notes regarding a desire for an antiracist health project.

Encounter with the ontology of the original peoples: reunion with the erased traditions

Este trabalho constitui um relato de experiência sobre um encontro e atuação proporcionados pelo estágio eletivo da Residência Multiprofissional de Saúde Mental e Saúde Coletiva da UNICAMP, tendo como recorte a Saúde Mental Indígena em sua interface com as concepções e visões filosóficas que embasam o cuidado com uma adolescente. Utilizamos, para tanto, a filosofia hermenêutica estabelecida por Martin Heidegger, em diálogo com o perspectivismo ameríndio de Eduardo Viveiros de Castro. A partir da análise feita, destacamos a necessidade de reconstruirmos novos pressupostos epistemológicos, um repertório conceitual capaz de transitar, minimamente, em territórios étnicos e culturalmente diferenciados, que sejam capazes de escutar elaborações subjetivas permeadas por sua trajetória cultural, familiar e comunitária. Concluise que voltar às coisas mesmas requer esforço de estar mais próximo ao que se vive e como se vive para, a partir daí, construir um encontro que seja significativo e terapêutico para o outro.

This paper deals with an experience report about a meeting and performance provided by the elective stage of the Multiprofessional Residency of Mental Health and Collective Health of UNICAMP, having as a cut the Indigenous Mental Health in its interface with the philosophical conceptions and visions that underpin the intervention. Using, therefore, the hermeneutic philosophy established by Martin Heidegger, with a dialogue with the Amerindian perspectivism of Eduardo Viveiros de Castro. From the analysis made I stress the need to reconstruct, from new epistemological assumptions, a conceptual repertoire capable of transiting, minimally, in ethnic and culturally differentiated territories, that are able to listen to their subjective elaborations permeated by their cultural, family and cultural trajectory. Community level. We accept that it is possible to consider the phenomenological-existential starting point, emphasizing, nevertheless, the specificities of the lived indigenous world, more specifically, of an adolescent of a certain indigenous ethnicity, in a certain village, that is, territory. It is understood therefore that to return to the same things requires effort of being closer to what one lives and how one lives, and from there on, to build an encounter that is meaningful and therapeutic for the other.

Homeless women: a perspective of singular, territorial and intersectoral car

As políticas públicas direcionadas à população em situação de rua datam de 2008, no entanto o exercício de direitos dessas pessoas é marcado por barreiras preconceituosas e estigmatizadoras. Mulheres em situação de rua, por exemplo, têm em suas histórias de vida episódios de violência e negligência como causas para sua chegada e permanência nas ruas; vivências essas reeditadas na experiência do adoecimento, gestação e cuidado nesse contexto. O presente artigo, resultante de um trabalho apresentado ao Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde Mental da Unicamp, se propõe a refletir sobre o cuidado da equipe do Consultório na Rua com mulheres em situação de rua, a partir do recorte específico da gestação, do relato de caso e da experiência da autora como residente, terapeuta ocupacional e participante. Como contribuição, ressaltam-se as práticas de cuidado territoriais, integrais e equânimes, que têm como objetivo a cidadania e os modos de produção de vida.

Public policies aimed at the homeless population date back to 2008, however the exercise of these people's rights is marked by prejudiced and stigmatizing barriers. Homeless women, for example, have episodes of violence and neglect in their life stories as a reason for their arrival and staying on the streets; experiences that are reissued in the experience of illness, pregnancy and care in this context. The present article, resulting from a work presented to the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Mental Health at Unicamp, proposes to reflect on the care of the Street Clinic team with pregnant homeless women, from the report of case and the author's experience as a resident, occupational therapist and participant. As a contribution, we highlight the territorial, integral and equitable care practices, which aim at citizenship and the ways of producing life.

"But in my season": meetings between generations in a living center - experience report

A partir do movimento da Reforma Psiquiátrica, tem-se a criação de serviços substitutivos na rede de saúde visando à reestruturação do cuidado, visto que anteriormente os indivíduos eram vistos apenas como corpos sintomáticos que deveriam ser isolados. Nesse paradigma, o que unia as pessoas no manicômio era a exclusão, enquanto atualmente, nos Centros de Convivência (CECO), o que une as pessoas é justamente a convivência, a inclusão social concreta dos indivíduos. O CECO surge como um dispositivo fruto do processo de Desinstitucionalização e tem como características principais a intersetorialidade e a territorialidade, portanto, o objetivo é discutir com base em um relato de experiência, a potência do encontro entre diferentes gerações no CECO ,considerando que o contato intergeracional abre o leque de oportunidades no que tange à experiência de novos modos de subjetivação para os sujeitos envolvidos.

From the Psychiatric Reform movement, there is the creation of substitute services in the health network, aiming at the restructuring of care, in which individuals were previously seen only as symptomatic bodies that should be isolated. In this paradigm, what united people in the asylum was exclusion, whereas today, in the Coexistence Centers (CECO), what unites people is precisely the coexistence, the concrete social inclusion of individuals. The CECO emerges as a device resulting from the Deinstitutionalization process and its main characteristics are intersectorality and territoriality, so the objective is to discuss, based on an experience report, the power of the encounter between different generations in the CECO considering that intergenerational contact it opens the range of opportunities with regard to the experience of new modes of subjectification for the subjects involved.

A histories criation in the convivence center: a spontaneous meeting through psychodrama

O presente artigo irá descrever a experiência de construção de uma Oficina de Criação de Histórias num Centro de Convivência da cidade de Campinas. Tal experiência se desenvolveu a partir do trabalho de uma residente de saúde mental, tendo como embasamento teórico o Psicodrama, sobretudo o conceito de espontaneidade. Através do ato de criar histórias foi possível perceber que os frequentadores puderam experenciar suas espontaneidades de outras formas. Sugerese que o Centro de Convivência seja um espaço que se volte não só para a inclusão e promoção de saúde, mas também para a espontaneidade e protagonismo de seus usuários.

This article will describe the experience of building a Story Creating Stories Workshop in a Living Center in the city of Campinas; such experience was developed from the work of a mental health resident, having as theoretical basis the Psychodrama, especially the concept of spontaneity. Through the act of creating stories it was possible to realize that the frequenters could experience their spontaneity in other ways. It is suggested that the Living Together Center should be a space that turns to inclusion and health promotion, but also to the spontaneity and protagonism of its users.

"What's going on here": cartography of the Words Workshop in a Community Center

Este artigo pretende apresentar e discutir o processo de construção do grupo "Oficina de Palavras", iniciado durante trabalho de campo do segundo ano de formação na Residência Multiprofissional de Saúde Mental da UNICAMP, realizado em um Centro de Convivência (Ceco). Para percorrer esse trajeto, serão utilizados pistas e recursos do Mé-todo da Cartografia, postulado por Deleuze e Guatari. Com uma revisita aos diários de campo da Oficina, registros afetivos e inquietações suscitadas por tais afetos, buscar-se-á compreender o que a produz e o que por ela é produzido, levantando reflexões acerca dos modos de subjetivação e produção de vida observados na prática, com base na interlocução do cuidado com a arte e a produção do comum. Veremos como a apropriação de um modo de expressão dominante (a escrita) por parte dos participantes da oficina propiciou o atravessamento da linha divisória que separa esses corpos da produção cultural. Existe um aumento da cidadania cultural, extremamente relevante no tocante à produção da vida e ampliação de suas possibilidades.

This article intends to present and discuss the construction process of the group "Oficina de Palavras", started during fieldwork of the second year of training at the Multiprofessional Mental Health Residence at UNICAMP, held in a Community Center. To cover this path, clues and resources from the Cartography Method postulated by Deleuze and Guatarri, will be used. From a return visit to the group field diaries, affective records and concerns raised by such affections, one will seek to understand what produces the group and what is produced by it, raising reflections about the modes of subjectivities and production of life observed in practice, from the dialogue between care, art and production of the common. We will see how the workshop participants' appropriation of a dominant mode of expression (writing) led to the crossing of the dividing line that separates these bodies from cultural production. There is an increase in cultural citizenship, which is extremely relevant to the production of life and the expansion of its possibilities.

Steps of a residente in the brazilian psychiatric reform: reflections and propositions from practice

A Reforma Psiquiátrica é um conjunto de ações coletivas e intersetoriais que visa reformular o modelo de atenção em Saúde Mental. Seus pressupostos indicam uma mudança paradigmática que busca, entre outras coisas, a participação social e o envolvimento ativo do sujeito em seu processo de tratamento, buscando o fortalecimento do seu poder de contratualidade. As Associações de Usuários da Saúde Mental são ferramentas para a participação política desses sujeitos, dialogando com os princípios da Reforma Psiquiátrica. O presente Relato de Experiência debruçou-se sobre duas organizações de usuários de saúde mental que buscavam promover maior poder de contratualidade e exercício de cidadania. Além da caracterização dessas organizações, este relato apresentou as organizações e manejos envolvidos na participação dos usuários de saúde mental dessas organizações no III Fórum de Saúde Mental e Direitos Humanos realizado em 2017 pela Associação Brasileira de Saúde Mental.

The Psychiatric Reform is a group of colllective actions that aims reformulate the care model in Mental Helath. Their assumptions indicate a paradigmatic change that aims, among other things, social participation and active involvement of the subject in its treatment, seeking the strengthen its contractual power. The Mental Health User Associations are tools to provide political participation to this subjects, dialoguing with the Psychiatric Reform principles. This Experienxce Report pored over two Mental Health User Organizations that sought to promote contractual power and citizenship exercise. In addition to the characterization of these organizations, this report sought to present organizations and managements involved during the participation of this Mental Health Users in the III Mental Health and Human Right Forum ocurred in 2017 and organized by Brazilian Mental Health Association.

Intersectoriality in child and youth mental health: articulations between a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) and Home Units

O presente relato de experiência tem como tema principal a discussão da intersetorialidade como diretriz orientadora do cuidado em saúde mental na infância e adolescência. Objetiva-se refletir sobre os desafios para sua efetivação e as potencialidades do cuidado em rede com base na atuação de uma terapeuta ocupacional, residente em saúde mental e coletiva na Unicamp, em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infanto-juvenil (CAPSI) na cidade de Campinas, entre os anos de 2015 e 2016. Para a discussão da temática, optouse por dar visibilidade às ações de apoio matricial pactuadas entre as equipes do CAPSI e parte das Unidades de Acolhimento (UA) que compõem a rede da assistência social da cidade. Entendeuse que o cuidado ofertado em rede intersetorial produziu respostas mais eficientes às diferentes demandas de crianças e adolescentes em sofrimento psíquico.

This experience report has as main theme the crosssectoral discussion as prime directive in the mental health care during childhood and adolescence. It aims to reflect on the challenges in effecting that, as well as the mental health care's potentials based in the work experience of an Occupational Therapist's, who was resident in Mental and Public Health at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), in a Center of Psychosocial Attention for Children and Youth (CAPSI) in Campinas city, between the years 2015 and 2016. It was decided to emphasize the actions of matrix support agreed between the CAPSI teams and some of shelters for minors that compose the city's social security network to discuss the topic. It was considered that the mental care offered in a crosssectoral network produced more efficient results to different demands of children and adolescents in psychic suffering.

Between care and control: insigths on Mental Health care

Este ensaio nasceu do encontro de um corpo residente com o cotidiano de cuidado de um serviço de Saúde Mental, um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial III. O olhar para a experiência vivida, trazida por Bondía, tornouse cenário para inúmeras reflexões, afetos, observações e pensamentos que encontraram palavras em forma de texto, em um relato de experiência. Através de uma narrativa fictícia, buscou-se expor e questionar o lugar do profissional de saúde mental que caminha constantemente pela linha tênue entre cuidado e o controle. A partir da discussão da noção de risco em saúde, este ensaio percorre as práticas de tutela e proteção travestidas em cuidado, que ganham corpo nas instituições e nos profissionais de saúde. No encontro com pensamentos de Abílio Costa-Rosa sobre o campo da Atenção Psicossocial, apontouse um caminho possível de cuidado, precavido e atento aos labirintos da tutela em Saúde Mental.

This essay was created from the encounter of a resident body with the daily care of a Mental Health service, a Psychosocial Care Center III. The look at the lived experience, brought by Bondia, became the setting for countless reflections, affections, observations and thoughts that found words in text form, in a report of experience. Through a fictitious narrative, we sought to narrate and question the place of the mental health professional who constantly walks the fine line between care and control. Based on the discussion of the notion of health risk, this essay goes through the tutelage and protection practices dressed in care, that gain body in institutions and health personnel. In the encounter with the thoughts of Abílio Costa-Rosa's thoughts on the field of Psychosocial Care, a possible path of care was pointed out, careful and attentive to the labyrinths of the tutelage in Mental Health.

Mental health of the black population: report of a therapeutic relationship between people marked by racism

Este trabalho tem a proposta de relatar um processo terapêutico ocupacional, destacando o potencial da representatividade racial nas relações de atenção em saúde mental. Procuramos discutir os seguintes aspectos do tema: a construção do racismo no Brasil; a importância da formação profissional para atender a essa demanda; o reconhecimento e empoderamento dos negros; a compreensão da terapia ocupacional sobre o indivíduo, seu adoecimento e atividades humanas; e estratégias de intervenção voltadas para as especificidades da saúde mental da população negra. A partir dessa experiência, foi possível ao usuário participar ativamente de suas escolhas e projetos de vida, significando e transpondo para sua vida cotidiana experiências vividas no cenário terapêutico, permitindo a experimentação de novas formas de ser, fazer e estar no social.

This work has the proposal to report an occupational therapeutic process, highlighting the potential of racial representativeness in mental health care relationships. We sought to discuss the construction of racism in Brazil; the importance of professional training to care for this demand; the recognition and empowerment of black people; the understanding of occupational therapy about the individual, his illness and human activities; and intervention strategies aimed at the specificities of the mental health of the black population. From this experience, it was possible for the user to actively participate in his life choices and projects, meaning and transposing into his daily life, experiences lived in the therapeutic setting, allowing the experimentation of new ways of being, doing and being in the social.

The shade of the chestnut tree: between the asylum expressions and the walls of loneliness

No atual contexto da Reforma Psiquiátrica, faz-se necessário pensar de que forma o paradigma manicomial tem se atualizado nos serviços de saúde mental e para além deles. Neste trabalho, propõese discutir tais aspectos a partir do relato de experiência de uma residente em uma Enfermaria de Psiquiatria em Hospital Geral de um município de grande porte. Para tal, faz-se uma analogia com cenas da obra Cem Anos de Solidão, de Gabriel Garcia Márquez, para entender quais são as partes e os autores envolvidos nesse processo. Entendem-se, assim, as possíveis consequências de discursos e práticas manicomiais, para o usuário do serviço de saúde mental, que impactam na sua subjetividade e na construção de seu lugar dentro da sociedade..

In the current context of Psychiatric Reform, it is necessary to think about how the mental asylum paradigm has been updated in mental health services and beyond. In this paper, it is proposed to discuss such aspects based on the experience report of a resident in a Psychiatry Infirmary at a General Hospital in a large city. To this end, an analogy is made with scenes from the book A Hundred Years of Solitude, by Gabriel Garcia Márquez, to comprehend the parts involved in this process. Thus, it is understood the possible consequences of speeches and asylum practices for the users of the mental health services, which impact on their subjectivity and construction of their place within society.

Phonoaudiology between objectivity and subjectivity: performance in a mental health nursing

As primeiras práticas fonoaudiológicas descritas na literatura aconteceram na década de 1920, sendo posterior à idealização da profissão de fonoaudiólogo, oriunda da preocupação da medicina e da educação. Este artigo tem por objetivo explicitar os desafios e as contradições encontradas na atuação do núcleo da Fonoaudiologia no campo da Saúde Mental e cuja metodologia parte do levantamento bibliográfico e do relato de experiência em uma Enfermaria de Saúde Mental em Hospital Geral (HG). Assim, o texto elucida a construção do núcleo da fonoaudiologia e propõe, a partir do campo da saúde mental, o desvio do olhar de um paradigma que estruturou e ainda estrutura a categoria profissional fonoaudiológica. Para que o fonoaudiólogo possa atuar em uma nova perspectiva, é preciso superar os reducionismos e entender que as necessidades não se reduzem àquelas apreensíveis por uma única disciplina clínica.

The first speech therapy practices described in the literature took place in the 1920s, after the idealization of the speech therapist profession, arising from the concern of medicine and education. This article aims to explain the challenges and contradictions found in the performance of the core of Speech Therapy in the field of Mental Health whose methodology starts from the bibliographic survey and the report of experience in a Mental Health Ward in General Hospital (GH). Thus, the text elucidates the construction of the core of speech therapy and proposes, from the field of mental health, the deviation from the look of a paradigm that structured and still structures the speech therapy professional category. For the speech therapist to be able to act in a new perspective, it is necessary to overcome reductionisms and understand that the needs are not reduced to those apprehended by a single clinical discipline.
