Édipo, sonhos e interdito

A sexualidade humana, em suas diversas vicissitudes, funda-se no atravessamento do drama edípico. O inconsciente, em suas variadas formações, insiste em reeditar esta travessia, se do desfecho deste drama permanece um resto de gozo para o sujeito. O ponto nodal entre sexualidade e inconsciente reside na posição do sujeito diante do interdito ao desejo incestuoso. O sonho, expressão máxima do discurso do inconsciente, revela, de forma incisiva, esta posição. Através de três vinhetas clínicas, reitera-se aqui o papel central da interpretação de sonhos no curso de uma análise e apresentam-se exemplos das inesgotáveis formas pelas quais o interdito, pivô dos diversos destinos da sexualidade, pode se manifestar através da "via régia do inconsciente".

Human sexuality, in its various vicissitudes, stem from the passing through the oedipal drama. The unconscious, in its many clinical presentations, insists on repeatedly editing this journey, if at its end some joy remains to the subject. The nodal point between the human sexuality and unconscious lies on how the subject faces the interdict to his/her incestuous desire. Dream, the maximal expression of the unconscious speech, reveals incisively this position. Through three clinical vignettes the central role of interpretation of dreams during psychoanalysis is emphasized and, at the same time, some examples are shown of the countless ways that the interdict, pivot of the various destinies of sexuality, may appear through "the regal way to unconscious".

Breve introdução a uma história da libido: Poetas Latinos, Santo Agostinho e Freud (via Foucault)

O conceito de sexualidade perverso polimorfa é ou não um retorno a sexualidade greco-romana? A questão das origens da palavra libido na obra de Freud. A freqüência e o uso do termo libido pelos poetas e escritores latinos. As práticas sexuais que seriam coetâneas as obras destes autores. De analisante à analista…: Passagens

Este trabalho foi apresentado para marcar o Tempo do Reconhecimento, tal como proposto pelo projeto de formação do Círculo Psicanalítico de Pernambuco. Este momento é uma exigência da formação do CPP, no qual o psicanalista, através de um texto escrito e apresentado publicamente à instituição, reafirma seu desejo de pertinência institucional e os demais sócios testemunham esta passagem. Com este ato ele se torna psicanalista da instituição. Articulo a cena da clínica com a da instituição psicanalítica, mostrando convergências entre o percurso da análise e o percurso da formação institucional. Os dois percursos são formas de passagem da posição de analisante para a de analista. Estas convergências são discutidas a partir dos conceitos de "chiste" e de "passagem ao ato esclarecida". Reflito sobre alguns pontos comuns entre estes fenômenos: são surpreendentes, supõem alguma elaboração da castração, produzem efeitos criativos e, enfim, só acontecem na presença do outro. Argumento que estas características, presentes tanto nos "chistes" como na "passagem ao ato esclarecida", estão subjacentes à passagem de analisante para analista.

This work had been presented in order to mark the Time of the Recognition, as it had been proposed by the professional training project of the Círculo Psicanalítico de Pernambuco. This moment is a requirement of psychoanalytical professional training, during which the psychoanalyst reassure his own desire concerning institutional pertinence, through openly producing a written text to the psychoanalytical institution, so that the other members can testify it. With this act, the profissional become a psychoanalyst at the institution. I link the clinic scene with that of the psychoanalytical society, evincing the convergences between the course of analysis and the course of the institutional formation. Both are forms to move beyond the position of analyser towards that of the analyst. These convergences are discussed on the basis of conceptions around "joke" and "clarified passage to the act". I do some thinking about several common points between these phenomenons: they are surprising, presume some elaboration of the castration, engender creative effects and, after all, just happen in the presence of the other. I argue around these characteristics, conteined in the "jokes" as well as in the "clarified passage to the act".

As vicissitudes do encontro mãe/bebê:: um caso de depressão

Para que um pequeno infans que acaba de nascer se torne um sujeito - tal como a psicanálise o concebe - ele precisa estabelecer um laço pulsional com um outro, representado, no primeiro momento, pelo agente materno, que deverá referenciá-lo ao campo do Outro, lugar simbólico. O estabelecimento de tal laço não é inato e nem sempre se dá de uma forma muito simples. O presente trabalho pretende discutir o que se convenciona chamar de “amor materno” e suas vicissitudes; analisar as dificuldades do encontro mãe/bebê; apresentar um caso clínico em que a depressão materna incidia em um bebê de poucas semanas, e no qual a intervenção psicanalítica teve um importante papel. Para abordar a questão do apaixonar-se necessário entre a mãe e o bebê, recorre-se ao mito de Eros e Psiquê e às noções de pulsão e gozo da psicanálise lacaniana.

A just born little infans, in order to become a subject - such as psychoanalysis conceives it - must establish an drive bond to another, represented at first by the maternal agent, who should refer him to the Other´s(A) field, symbolical place. Establishing such bond is not innate and not always simple to occur. The present study aims discussing what is conventionally called “maternal love” and its vicissitudes; the difficulties of the encounter mother/baby; presenting a clinical case on which maternal depression focused on a few weeks baby, and on whom psychoanalytic intervention played an important role. To approach the issue concerning the passion needed between the mother and the baby, it is often utilized the myth of Eros and Psyche as well as the concepts of drive and joy from lacanian psychoanalysis.

Rastros e rasgos na busca de sentido ao cotidiano

Este texto parte da reflexão sobre a valorização da concepção do ser humano e a busca de sentidos à realidade vivida. A natureza humana guarda em si a potência de ser diante de muitas situações do cotidiano. O caos, a solidão e a capacidade de resiliência são idéias integrativas que possibilitam a criação de um novo estado, bem como uma consciência de continuidade do existir. Além do princípio do prazer (Freud, 1976) enlaça as inquietações da realidade objetiva - o real vivido. “Todo desenvolvimento é uma aventura” diz Cyrulnik (2009, p.206). Oxalá, podermos desenvolver nossa capacidade de dar sentido à condição humana.“O compromisso não é uma característica dos insanos. O homem maduro nem é tão bonzinho nem tão desprezível quanto o imaturo. A água no corpo é barrenta, mas não é barro” (WINNICOTT, 1988, p.160).

This text starts from the reflection about the appreciation of the human being conception and the seeking of senses for the reality lived. Human nature keeps in itself potency to be in the presence of many everyday situations. The chaos, the loneliness and the resilience capacity are integrative ideas that enable the creation of a new state, as well as an awareness of the being continuity. Beyond the pleasure principle interlace the inquietude of the objective reality - the reality lived. “Every development is an adventure” says Cyrulnik. Let’s hope, we are able to develop our capacity to give meaning to human condition. “Compromise is not a characteristic of the insane. The mature man is neither so good nor so mean as the immature. The water in the body is muddy, but it is not clay”.

O sintoma como expressão da subjetividade em crianças com dificuldades de aprendizagem:: alteridade como fator facilitador

Este trabalho reúne algumas reflexões sobre a influência de um ambiente facilitador em crianças que vivem situações de risco e de privação no desenvolvimento e escolaridade inicial. Aponta a cultura, a organização familiar como elementos relacionados à constituição da subjetividade nas crianças e destaca o papel da intersubjetividade no desvelamento dos sintomas que as mantêm impossibilitadas de operar sobre a realidade com o uso das estruturas lógicas e significantes. Diagnosticadas como portadoras de problemas de aprendizagem e impossibilitadas de se apropriar do conhecimento, sobrevivem aos desafios da escolaridade formal apoiadas pelo acompanhamento clínico. Para analisar a constituição da subjetividade no desenvolvimento inicial e seus reflexos na capacidade de pensar e de representar, foram consideradas as contribuições teóricas da psicanálise, especialmente no referencial de Freud, Lacan, Winnicott e Bion.

This paper presents some reflections on the influence of an enabling environment in which children in situations of risk live and hardship in the development and initial schooling. It points culture and family structure as related elements of subjectivity in children and emphasizes the role of intersubjectivity in the unveiling of symptoms that keep them unable to operate on the reality using logical and significant structures. Diagnosed as having learning problems and unable to take ownership of knowledge, these children survive the challenges of formal schooling supported by clinical follow up. To analyze the constitution of subjectivity in the initial development and its impact on the ability of thinking and acting, the theoretical contributions of psychoanalysis were considered, especially in reference to Freud, Lacan, Winnicott and Bion.

Fragmentos clínicos sobre uma dita parentalidade tóxica

Proponho nesse artigo falar de algumas vivências clínicas com pacientes grávidas, parturientes e puérperas envolvidas em relações adictas, dependentes e passionais com o uso direto ou indireto de substâncias tóxicas. Apresentarei um pouco da realidade cotidiana de famílias de baixa renda atendidas numa maternidade pública de alto-risco de referência no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Selecionei situações em que o vício, o tráfico e a violência estiveram presentes nas narrativas de mães e de pais, trazendo efeitos deletérios no casal, na relação de parentalidade e na própria relação que a equipe de saúde estabelecia com essas famílias. Nesses conflitos, o bebê recém-nascido era sempre a vítima em maior evidência. Usarei fragmentos de casos clínicos, compondo histórias e enfatizando alguns momentos que interpreto como sendo representativos de uma dinâmica tóxica no casal e no âmbito familiar. Também serão feitas observações a respeito dos efeitos contratransferenciais de uma certa "toxicidade" para além do uso de substâncias psicoativas, produtora de uma forma de agir passional e dependente, cujas consequências são refletidas tanto numa relação de adicção terapêutica, quanto na forma como algumas pacientes, puérperas, gestantes e suas famílias, são vistas, cuidadas ou mesmo estigmatizadas pela equipe de

In this paper I intend to talk about some clinical evidences obtained in a high-risk maternity with some patients, who are involved in addictive, dependent and passionate relationships, and with direct or indirect drugs use in their families. I will show some examples from the daily reality of low economic level families cared for in a model public hospital (high risk maternity) in the State of Rio de Janeiro. I selected some situations in which the addiction, the drug dealing and the violence were shown in the narrative of mothers and fathers, bringing some harmful effects upon the couple, the parental relationship and even in the form in which staff deals with these families. In these conflicts, the newborn was the main victim in case. I will take fragments of clinical cases, composing short histories to emphasize some moments that I interpret as representative of a toxic dynamic in the parent couple as the same in the family. I will also make observations in respect to the counter transference effects of certain toxicity beyond the use of psychoactive substances. This produces a passionate and dependent way of been, of which the consequences are reflected in a addictive therapeutic relation and, also, in the way of some patients - pregnant or recent mothers and their families - are seen, cared for or even stigmatized by medical staff.

A cultura e a questão da violência

Este trabalho aborda as questões da cultura, da violência e das fronteiras no interior do grupo social. A exclusão de um grupo em função de uma diferença não se resume somente a barreiras geográficas. Ela implica também a questão simbólica, ou seja, o não reconhecimento. O que acontece quando o discurso social designa um grupo de pessoas e sua cultura enquanto uma reivindicação popular? Este não reconhecimento do referencial simbólico acarreta conseqüências que vão mais além da própria exclusão em si e toca a questão do reconhecimento e da relação do sujeito com o Outro.

This paper aims to work the issue of culture, violence and borders inside the social group itself. The exclusion of a group based on the difference is not only about geographical barriers, it also implies a symbolic issue: the non-recognition. What happens when the social discourse designates a group of men and their culture as a popular claim? This non-recognition of the symbolic reference can bring consequences that go beyond the very exclusion init self, it touches also theirs sue of recognition and the relationship entre the subject with the Other.

Falo versus criatividade

Este artigo recupera a conceituação freudiana de desamparo como relacionado ao traumático, positivando-o como condição de criatividade; para isso, apóia-se em alguns conceitos de Winnicott, de modo crítico. A relevância do artigo vem do fato de que, costumeiramente, muitos psicanalistas associam o traumático à castração e não ao desamparo - modo de pensar que produz efeitos importantes na clínica. A referência ao falo e à sua castração impediria a emergência da criatividade, produziria um desinteresse pelo mundo e uma sideração pelo falo: o único objeto que se acreditaria capaz de trazer prazer. No entanto, é justamente a afetação e exploração dos objetos do mundo o que permitiria ao aparelho psíquico sentir algum prazer.

The present paper recovers the freudian concept of helplessness as related to the traumatism, denoting its positive side - the helplessness is a condition to creativity. To do so, this article operates some Winnicott’s concepts in a critical way. The relevance of this text comes from the fact that, usually, many psychoanalysts associate the traumatic to castration and not to helplessness - this way of thinking that produces important effects in clinic. The reference to phallus and to its castration impedes the emergence of creativity; it produces lack of interest in the world and a fascination with the phallus: the only object that could be believed to bring pleasure. However, affectation and exploration of the objects in the world is, in reality, what would allow the psychic apparatus to feel any pleasure.

Psicanálise: uma instituição a se reconstruir

O presente artigo pretende problematizar a instituição Psicanálise no tocante ao seu objeto institucional e às práticas que se reproduzem na seara do fazer psicanalítico, que abrange as relações entre os agentes institucionais da Psicanálise, os psicanalistas, e sua clientela, os pacientes. Ressaltamos que dimensões da teoria do psiquismo, do desenvolvimento psicológico, da psicopatologia e da técnica psicoterápica da Psicanálise devem ser repensadas na perspectiva de produzirmos práticas psicanalíticas vinculadas às questões contemporâneas. Desse modo, o trabalho com o Inconsciente pode ser ampliado em termos de possibilidades de ação da Psicanálise.

This paper aims discussing about Psychoanalysis as an institution, about its institutional object and the practices that are repeated in the field of psychoanalytical work, which includes the links between the institutional agents of Psychoanalysis, the psychoanalysts, and their clientele, the patients. We emphasize the scope about the theory of psyche, psychological development, psychopathology and psychotherapeutic technique of Psychoanalysis, must be further considered, through the perspective of producing psychoanalytic practices linked to contemporary questions. Thereby the work with the unconscious can be extended concerning the action possibilities of Psychoanalysis.

"A vida se engole a seco":: reflexões sobre a depressão na contemporaneidade

A autora analisa as relações da depressão com a pós-modernidade. Conceitua depressão e depressividade estabelecendo as diferenças quanto ao funcionamento dos registros simbólico e imaginário. Estabelece a importância do discurso familiar e passagem para o pai na constituição destas patologias.

The author analyses the relation between depression and post-modernity. She defines the concepts of depression and depressive condition, establishing the differences on the function of the symbolic and the imaginary registers. She also states the importance of the familiar discourse and the direction towards the father, seen in the constitution of such pathologies.

É possível haver a transferência analítica em uma instituição de saúde mental?

O presente estudo tem como finalidade aprofundar os conhecimentos relativos à transferência e às suas vicissitudes em atendimentos psicanalíticos em uma Instituição de Saúde Mental do SUS, a partir da experiência da autora, uma assistente social psiquiátrica em formação psicanalítica, profissional efetiva da Secretaria da Saúde do Estado da Bahia, lotada naquela Unidade de Saúde Mental, onde exercitou a sua prática clínica, sob supervisão entre 1991 e 1996. Entre 1997 e 2003, atuou como integrante da equipe do Núcleo de Psicanálise. Diferentemente dos tradicionais consultórios, onde o psicanalista e o analisante possuem a determinação a respeito da condução do trabalho, o analista faz a seleção da sua clientela, bem como o analisante tem um contato direto com o analista, sem intermediações. A instituição aparece como legítimo espaço de tratamento e, ao mesmo tempo, deixa dúvidas a respeito das possíveis interferências na relação transferencial. Vale ressaltar que a prática naquela instituição de saúde mental, apoiada na psicanálise, proporcionou um riquíssimo exercício da clínica, dirigida à demanda do sujeito, que trazia no seu discurso a sua realidade de vida nos mais diversos contextos, o que valida a necessidade do analista em conhecer e reconhecer as diversidades multiculturais existentes.

The present paper aims at deepening the knowledge on the transference and its variations on the psychotherapeutic services on a public Mental Health Hospital in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil form the experience of the researcher, a psychiatric social worker and psychoanalyst, in this institution. The study was carried out during the researcher’s training in psychoanalysis. She did her clinical training in psychoanalysis under supervision between the years 1991 and 1996. After that time she worked as a psychoanalyst, full member of the sector of psychotherapy in that Mental Health Institute between 1997 and 2003. In conventional offices, the psychoanalyst and his patient have the determination about the conduction of treatment, where the psychoanalyst makes the selection of his patients, as well as the patient has a direct contact with the psychoanalyst, without any interference. In Mental Health’s Institutions, the institution appears as a legitimate treatment space and, at the same time, raises questions about the possible interference in the relationship transference. It is noteworthy that the practice of psychoanalysis in this institution provided a rich clinical practice, addressed to the person’s inner world, while individual being, in his speech that brings the reality of his life in various contexts, which validates the psychoanalyst need to know and recognize the existing multicultural diversity.

A maternidade é uma forma de sublimação?

O presente artigo parte de uma contraposição das definições do conceito de sublimação com as construções sobre a feminilidade, presentes na obra de Sigmund Freud. Busca situar o “enigma” freudiano da feminilidade em sua época, remetendo seus ensinamentos àquilo que se pode validar na atualidade. Para além de uma leitura canônica, a autora, especialista na conceituação sobre a sublimação, põe em questão algumas proposições facilmente tomadas por uma leitura superficial da obra, conduzindo o leitor a uma reflexão dialética e inovadora da relação entre esse conceito e a parentalidade, sobretudo no que concerne à sexualidade materna. Ampliando o escopo das saídas sublimatórias na mulher, discorda de um destino exclusivamente masculino no que concerne a sublimação, dado o complexo de masculinidade como única saída sublimatória para o homossexualismo recalcado na mulher. A autora leva, pois, em conta, a economia pulsional e uma análise metapsicológica, não se restringindo apenas a uma crítica feminista da posição freudiana. Com essa exegese, formula, então, uma nova forma de conceber a relação entre feminilidade e sublimação que ilumina o entendimento teórico das funções da maternidade, situando a sublimação ao lado da ternura e do respeito à alteridade.

The present paper illustrates a confrontation between the definitions of sublimation, with some constructions about femininity presented by Sigmund Freud. It intends to situate the “enigma of femininity” in the Freudian’s epoch, in order to validate some parts of his knowledge in present time. For beyond a traditional reading, the author - an expert in the concept of sublimation’s - puts in check some propositions easily taken for granted by a superficial reading of Freud’s texts. She drives the reader throw a dialectical and pioneering reflection within sublimation and parentality, in particular as concerning the maternal sexuality. Opening the spectrum of sublimatory issues for the woman, the author disagree that only a masculine destiny for sublimation would be possible, given the masculine complex as the only sublimatory issue for repressed homosexuality in the woman. The author takes into account the “economical” point of view and a metapsychological analysis, but she doesn’t remain fixed in critical feminist statement about Freud’s position. Through this exegesis, she formulates a new manner for understanding the relation among femininity and sublimation that enlightens the theoretical comprehension of the maternal function, putting sublimation besides tenderness and the respect to otherness.

Paulo Menotti Del Picchia:: sob um soslaio da psicanálise

No presente artigo as autoras elegem determinadas passagens da vida e obra de Paulo Menotti Del Picchia para analisá-las sob a ótica da Psicanálise. Suas contradições, duplicidades, capacidade de deslizar por várias funções. Uma abordagem psicanalítica do duplo, religiosidade, modernismo e conservadorismo político de um autor que participou do Movimento Modernista de 1922.

Is the present paper the author choses certain moments of life and work of Paulo Menotti Del Picchia, to analyse them on a psychoanalytic perspective. An aproach to his own contradictions concerning religion, fascination for modernity and the political conservatism of an author who participated in the Week of Modern Art in 1922.

A dor do luto e seu acolhimento psicanalítico

O trabalho versa sobre um caso clínico em que se acolhe o processo de luto de uma mãe que perdeu uma filha adolescente por suicídio. A principal postura de fundo, durante esse acolhimento, foi possibilitada principalmente pelo conhecimento antecipado da teoria winnicottiana mas cuja explicitação, no que tange à sua vinculação com este caso específico, foi facilitada após a interrupção da análise, sob a forma de après-coup da analista durante a escrita do texto.

The text presents a clinical case in which a psychoanalytical reception is provided for a mother who loses her adolescent daughter from suicide. The main background posture, during treatment, was made possible by previous knowledge of Winnicottian theory, but its explication, with regard to its appropriateness to this specific case, was facilitated after analysis was interrupted, as a form of deferred action, by the analyst, during the writing of the text.
