O artigo aborda a temática das dependências patológicas e aponta a mudança de enfoque ocorrida no tratamento do tema. O foco se desloca da ênfase na substância para a personalidade do sujeito. Critica-se o enfoque que a Medicina dá ao tema ao lembrar que o corpo é significacado pelo sujeito. Lembra que o sofrimento que acompanha certos sintomas, às vezes, está ligado a um vínculo social satisfatório. Por isso considera-se a dependência patológica uma inibição. Após sintetizar a função do pai no Édipo em dois tempos da sexualidade explica-se a natureza do sintoma. Posteriormente, aborda-se a temática da sintomatização da adolescência. Após apresentar brevemente um caso clínico, ressalta-se a análise como lugar de elaboração de uma imagem corporal virtual, de descoberta do próprio corpo como substrato do ser.

The article talks about the pathological dependences and points the change that occurs in this problem's treatment.The focus dislocates from the emphasis in the substance to the subject's personality. The author criticizes the way the Medicine deals with this question, remembering that the body is signified by the subject. He says that the suffering that is present in some symptoms sometimes is linked to a satisfactory social bond. Therefore, the pathological dependence is considered a inhibition. After synthecizing the father's function in the Édipo in two times of the sexuality, he justifies the type of the symptom. Later, he talks about the teenager's contemporary symptom. After presenting briefly a clinical case, he stands out the analysis as a place of virtual body image's elaboration, a place of discovery of the proper body as substratum of the being.

Drug addiction: **a failed way to deal with the structural lack-to-be of the subject and with the contradictions of the society**

Neste artigo é proposta uma reflexão a respeito da toxicomania, concebendo-a como modo fracassado de o sujeito lidar com aspectos estruturais do existir humano e com as contradições da sociedade. Nascido sob a égide do desamparo (Hilflosigkeit) e tendo seu desejo alienado no campo do Outro, o drama do sujeito, na linguagem, é a falta-a-ser constituinte da estrutura em que emerge. Propõe-se que o toxicômano tente escapar à impossibilidade estrutural de nomeação e conquista do objeto do desejo, por meio da redução do enigma da relação entre desejo e objeto a um pretendido gozo das propriedades reais do objeto-droga. Discute-se como numa sociedade fundamentada no fetichismo da mercadoria, em que a legitimação das relações sociais é efetivada por meio da generalização de rituais de devoração de objetos de consumo, o toxicômano pode ser concebido como uma espécie de modelo ideal de consumidor do capitalismo, em sua prática regida pelo imperativo de gozo. Ao particularizar a análise para o caso da sociedade brasileira, propõe-se que a toxicomania receba um impulso adicional do excedente de violência real e simbólica encontrado nas condições específicas do capitalismo brasileiro. Ao entrar no debate sobre as questões proibição versus legalização e criminalização versus descriminalização, apresenta-se o que parece decorrer dos pressupostos éticos da psicanálise, a respeito da implicação do sujeito com seu ato. Finalmente, apresenta-se o processo analítico como modo alternativo de se lidar com a falta do sujeito e com as contradições e a violência da sociedade na instalação de um dispositivo que propõe ao toxicômano uma interrogação a respeito de sua prática de consumo.

The present paper proposes a reflection in respect of the drug addiction, conceiving it as a failed way of the subject to deal with the structural aspects of the human to exist and the contradictions of the society. Born under the helplessness shield (Hilflosigkeit) and having its desire aliened in the Other's field, the drama of the subject, in the language, is the lack-to-be constituter of the structure in which he emerges. It proposes that the drug addicted tends to escape from the structural impossibility of nomination and conquest of the desire object, through the reduction of the enigma of the relation between desire and object to an intended jouissance of the real properties of the object-drug. Is debates how, in a society based on the goods fetishism, in which the legitimacy of the social relations is effected through the generalization of the rituals of eating up consumption objects, the drug addicted can be conceived as specie of an ideal model of capitalism consumer, in his practice lead by the jouissance imperative. Particularizing the analysis to the Brazilian society case, it proposes that the drug addiction receives an additional impulse from the exceeding of real and symbolic violence found in the specific conditions of the Brazilian capitalism. Entering the debate about the questions prohibition versus legalization and criminalization versus decriminalization, it presents what appears to take place from the ethical presuppositions of the Psychoanalysis, in respect of the implication of the subject with his act. Finally, it presents the analytical process as an alternative way of dealing with the lack of the subject and with the contradictions and violence of the society, in the installation of a device that proposes to the drug addicted an interrogation in respect of his consumption practice.

O feminino e as drogas na atualidade: The feminine and the drugs in contemporary

Neste trabalho, questiona-se a possibilidade de pensar uma especificidade da relação da mulher com a droga, tal como apontam algumas pesquisas que colocam as mulheres dependentes químicas como um subgrupo específico. Verifica-se que o termo mulher, neste caso, refere-se ao gênero feminino. Apresenta-se, então, o ponto de vista da psicanálise à questão da sexuação humana que, a partir de Freud e, sobretudo, da releitura proposta por Lacan, articula a mulher a uma dada inscrição num modo de gozo não todo fálico. Sem pretender sobrepor a realidade do comportamento à do significante, propõem-se, entretanto, algumas articulações possíveis entre o feminino e as drogas a partir da afirmação de Lacan (1975) de que a droga permite romper o casamento com o falo. A partir dessa hipótese, apresenta-se um caso clínico que permite acompanhar o lugar da droga na economia libidinal de uma mulher.

The work starts from the questioning in respect of the possibility to think in a specificity of the relation between the woman and the drug, such as pointed by some researches that put the chemically dependent women as a specific subgroup. It verifies that the term woman, in this case, refers to the female gender. It presents, then, the psychoanalysis' point of view on the questions of the human "sexualization", which, from Freud, and above all, from the re-reading proposed by Lacan, articulates the woman to a given inscription in a not-all phallic jouissance way. Without intending to overtake the behavior reality by the signifier's, it is proposed, however, some possible articulations between the feminine and the drugs from the Lacan's affirmation (1975) that the drug allows to break the marriage with the phallus. From this hypothesis, it presents a clinical case that permits to follow the place of the drug in the libidinal economy of a woman.

Assessment of satisfaction and impact of work overload among mental health professionals

Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar os graus de satisfação e de sobrecarga experienciados pela equipe técnica de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) do interior do Rio Grande do Sul. Nove profissionais desse CAPS, com idade entre 20 a 43 anos (M = 33,7; DP = 8,4) e a maior parte do sexo feminino (66,6%) participaram da pesquisa respondendo, de forma individual, as escalas SATIS-BR e IMPACTO-BR. Os resultados demonstraram que os profissionais, de modo geral, estão satisfeitos com o trabalho na instituição e não se sentem sobrecarregados com o trabalho em saúde mental. Eles, porém, demonstram insatisfação em relação a aspectos como expectativa de serem promovidos, discussões de temas, salário, ajuda aos pacientes, freqüência de contato com a equipe, medidas de segurança, benefícios recebidos, questões burocráticas, emergências psiquiátricas e freqüência de atendimentos. Tais resultados permitiram o delineamento de pontos positivos e negativos da instituição e possibilitaram a criação de estratégias para seu aperfeiçoamento.

This study aimed to assess the degrees of satisfaction and work overload experienced by mental health professionals in a Psychosocial Attention Center (CAPS) of a city located in the Rio Grande do Sul state. Overall, nine mental health professionals, predominantly female (66.6%), with ages ranging between 20 to 43 years (M = 33.7; SD = 8.4) took part in this study by answering the following scales: SATIS-BR and IMPACTO-BR. The findings showed that, in general, mental health professionals are satisfied with their job and don’t feel overwhelmed by the nature of their work. On the other hand, mental health professionals showed dissatisfaction regarding promotions expectancy, discussion of job related issues, income, patient care, frequency of contact with coworkers, safety measures, job benefits, bureaucratic issues, psychiatric emergencies and numbers of professional appointments. These findings allowed the delineation of strategic interventions focusing on the negative as well as the positive aspects of the institution.

The encounters between the community health agents and the mental upheaval families

Neste trabalho apresenta-se um estudo dos encontros entre os agentes comunitários de saúde do Programa de Saúde da Família (PSF) de Matozinhos e as famílias dos portadores de transtorno mental, usuários do CAPS-Cidadi, realizados durante as visitas domiciliares, com o objetivo de conhecer os efeitos desses encontros nos processos de subjetivação e desinstitucionalização da loucura, sob a ótica da filosofia da diferença. Apresentamos os dados coletados na pesquisa de campo e, a partir desses dados, fizemos uma cartografia das marcas produzidas nesses encontros e concluímos que, apesar dos avanços alcançados durante o processo da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira, a desinstitucionalização da loucura ainda é um desafio que sofre os efeitos tanto dos encontros entre os agentes comunitários de saúde e as famílias dos portadores de transtorno mental como da desarticulação existente entre a atenção básica e a atenção à saúde mental, além daqueles oriundos dos "desejos de manicômio" presentes nas subjetividades.

This essay presents a report about the encounters between the community health agents from the staff of the Family Health Program (PSF) in Matozinhos and the mental upheaval families, which are frequent users of CAPS-Cidadi, during home visits, with the objective to achieve knowledge about its effects in the process of subjetivation and mentally ill desinstitucionalization under the philosophy of different point of view. It has been presented the collected data during the field research and based on the data collected, a map of the results achieved was drawn, and the conclusion is that although the Reformulation of Brazilian Psychiatric, the desinstitucionalization of mental illness is still being a challenge that suffers the effects of the encounters between the community health agents and the mental upheaval families, as the disarticulation that exists between basic health attention and the mental health attention, beyond the ones originated from the "lunatic asylum desires" that live in the subjectivities.

Imperative of enjoyment and propaganda in the social tie of the consumer society

Propõe-se que a sociedade do consumo produz um saber sobre o gozo que afirma a alienação narcísica. Como laço social, a propaganda encontra sua eficiência como fiadora desse saber que aliena o outro no fazer que se repete no ato de consumo. Discute-se o sentido contemporâneo do "valor de troca", questionando-se o quanto ele deixa de ser um "atributo da coisa" para ser a própria coisa: a "troca-valor" produzida no ato coisificado, como atributo de si mesmo, abstraído de qualquer objeto. Dentro dessa compreensão, a propaganda é situada como rede cultural de distribuição de "matrizes fantasmáticas" enquanto a "troca-valor" e o consumismo são compreendidos como atos por meio dos quais se dão as satisfações sexuais neuróticas recortadas nas montagens de gozo culturalmente compartilhadas pela propaganda.

We propose that consumer society produces a knowledge concerning enjoyment that affirms narcissistic alienation. As a social tie, advertising finds its efficiency as a cosigner of this knowledge that alienates the other in doing what is repeated in the act of consumption. The contemporary meaning of "exchange value" is discussed, questioning how much it stops being a "thing's attribute" and becomes the thing itself: the "value-exchange", produced in the reified act, as its own attribute, removed from any object. Within this understanding, advertising is positioned as a cultural network for the distribution of "fantasmatic matrixes" whereas "value-exchange" and consumerism are understood as acts through which neurotic sexual satisfaction is derived in the staging of enjoyment that is culturally shared by advertising.

The constitution of loving bonds in the family in times of individualism

Neste artigo discute-se a constituição dos laços afetivos na família, com ênfase nas transformações que vêm sendo processadas, hoje, nesse espaço. Verifica-se que em tempos de individualismo exacerbado as relações eu-outro têm se tornado cada vez mais utilitaristas, o que repercute na parentalidade e, conseqüentemente, no processo de subjetivação dos filhos. Nesse contexto, as referências são cada vez mais nebulosas e vulneráveis, dificultando os investimentos no interior do grupo familiar. Sugere-se ainda, no texto, uma visão mais flexível que permita refletir as várias formas de ser família, para além do modelo patriarcal.

This article discusses the constitution of loving bonds in the family, as it emphasizes the transformations that have been occurring in this matter today. In times of an exacerbated individualism, one can notice that the I-other relations have become more and more utilitarian, something that affects parentality, and therefore, the subjectivation process of the children. In this context, the references are becoming more and more hazy and vulnerable, thus making the investments in the family more difficult. A more flexible view is also suggested in the text, in such a way that one can reflect upon the different forms of being a family beyond the patriarchal model.

Melancholy and narcissism: the melancholy and its narcissistic face in the relations of self with the other

O presente trabalho define-se como uma análise da melancolia em sua estreita relação com o narcisismo e o campo da alteridade. Acreditamos que a questão paradigmática do objeto/outro e sua relação com o eu circula de maneira implícita por todo o texto freudiano "Luto e melancolia" e culmina na definição de identificação e "escolha objetal narcísica". O narcisismo representa, na melancolia, o fechamento ao encontro com a alteridade do outro, visto que isso significa para o melancólico o aniquilamento de seu eu ideal. Visamos, portanto, uma pequena reflexão acerca do lugar do outro na melancolia. Ao final, procuramos discutir a dimensão da dor da perda e a identificação com o outro como forma de se evitar um sofrimento maior ao eu.

The present work is defined as an analysis of the melancholy in its narrow relation with the narcissism and the field of the alterity. We believe that the paradigm of the question of the object/other and its relation with the self circulates implicit in the Freud's text: "Mourning and melancholy", culminating in the definition of identification and "choice of the object founded in narcissism". The narcissism represents in the melancholy the closing to the meeting with the alterity of the other, since this means for the melancholic destruction of its ideal self. We aim at, therefore, a small reflection concerning the place of the other in the melancholy. Finishing, we look for to argue the dimension of the pain of the loss and the identification to the other as form to prevent a bigger suffering for the self.
