Diante de uma filiação estranha: sofrimento e luto de mães

Este trabalho reflete sobre a experiência de atendimento clínico às famílias com bebês acometidos pela síndrome congênita do Zika vírus . A partir da especificidade da escuta psicanalítica das mães, destaco a singularidade da função materna desenvolvida, as feridas narcísicas de difícil cicatrização e a ameaça de uma gravidez interminável. Discuto as situações de sofrimento psíquico e risco para o desenvolvimento da criança na compreensão da primeira infância como o tempo prioritário para a constituição psíquica. A reflexão sobre a condução clínica de algumas intervenções justificadas pela angústia sentida pelos pais em função da perda do filho esperado, do trauma e das limitações impostas pelo diagnóstico apontam para as respostas e produções fantasmáticas. A apropriação dessubjetivante do filho pela ciência e a consequente destituição de saber dos pais dificulta-lhes o fazer das esperadas marcas espontâneas sobre o filho.

This work reflects on the experience of clinical care for families with babies affected by congenital Zika virus syndrome. Based on the specificity of the mothers' psychoanalytic listening, I approach the singularity of the maternal function developed, the narcissistic wounds of difficult healing and the threat of an endless pregnancy. It discusses the situations of psychic suffering and risk for the child's development in the understanding of the first childhood as the priority time for psychic constitution. The reflection on the clinical conduct of some interventions, justified by the anguish felt by parents due to the loss of the expected child, the trauma and limitations imposed by the diagnosis, point to the answers and fansmatic productions. The desubjective appropriation of the child by science and the consequent dismissal of knowing from parents makes it difficult for them to make the expected spontaneous marks on the child.

As diversidades da clínica psicanalítica

Este trabalho pretende refletir sobre o lugar do analista diante das diversidades da clínica psicanalítica. Como os analistas lidam com a diversidade? Como os analistas lidam com as diversidades dos analisandos? Essas questões serão sustentadas teoricamente em Freud e Lacan. A autora traz uma contribuição, em processo de construção, a partir da sua prática clínica e acadêmica, que denomina, nesse momento, de código de barra do sujeito.

This paper aims to reflect on the analyst's place in the face of the diversity of psychoanalytic clinic. How do analysts deal with diversity? How do analysts deal with the analysands' diversity? Issues that will be theoretically supported in Freud and Lacan. The author brings a contribution, in the process of being built based on her clinical and academic practice, which she calls, at this moment, the subject's barcode.

A violência da palavra: política, lei e verdade

Partindo do texto freudiano sobre os chistes, pode-se fazer uma leitura das narrativas recentes com as quais nos deparamos para compreender os discursos em sua peculiar estrutura e consequências não apenas no plano individual, mas também no grupo, no social e, mais além, no plano histórico, político e civilizatório. A análise feita por Freud a respeito do cômico revela o poder da palavra e o grau de virulência que esta pode imprimir nos efeitos que a lei, a justiça e a verdade determinam no âmbito do trágico, seu avesso. Quando a mentira se traveste de verdade, isso exige do sujeito uma resposta cômica, caricatural, para suportar o Real em jogo.

Starting from the Freudian text about the joke, one can read the recent narratives we are faced with to understand the speeches in their peculiar structure and consequences not only at the individual level, but also in the group, in the social and, beyond, at the historical, political and civilizing levels. Freud's analysis of the comic reveals the power of the word and the degree of virulence that it can have in the effects that the law, justice and truth determine in the context of the tragic, its reverse. When the lie is dressed as truth it demands from the subject a comic, caricatural response to support the Real at stake.

O sujeito contemporâneo e a realidade virtual

A autora tece comentários sobre o mundo virtual, as novas formas de relacionamento nas redes sociais e a ausência de privacidade afetando a nossa subjetividade, a nossa individualidade e as relações do cotidiano e apontando para algum tipo de desconforto, ainda não bem esclarecido e descrito.

Internet e psicanálise: considerações sobre seus efeitos na forma de subjetivação da criança

We can no longer ignore the transformations that are imposed on our culture and its vicissitudes, so that there are concrete effects on the forms of malaise that present themselves in contemporary times. Psychoanalysis has been trying to understand this phenomenon with more questions than answers and is still surprised by what is unheard of. The internet brings the fascination with the encounter at any minute and puts us in front of what Freud (1905) called omnipotence of thought: I want, I can!, Which refers to the speech of the child who has the egocentric fantasy that she and the world make one.

Assédio do simbólico: o trauma necessário à constituição do sujeito

A experiência traumática inicial do indivíduo é fundante, a partir dela emerge o sujeito. A construção da subjetividade se inicia por força do Real do trauma, segundo a ideia lacaniana de Real, Simbólico e Imaginário como dimensões da vida psíquica. A posição adotada, neste artigo, é de que o trauma inaugural é efeito do assédio do simbólico, evento este traumatizante, mas necessário à confirmação do propriamente humano. Nosso objetivo é apresentar a experiência traumática inicial do recém-nascido como primeiro passo da construção subjetiva e, na sequência, o advento da Lei, considerando o que chamaremos de assédio do simbólico. Primeiro, discorreremos sobre A anterioridade do sujeito e sua imersão na linguagem; depois, Assédio do simbólico: arrebatamento do puramente instintivo; por último, A Lei: corte de uma relação que não se sustenta. O trabalho é teórico, as reflexões se nutrem da prática clínica. Conclui-se que toda ação humana se encontra, inclusive, no campo da incerteza em relação ao alcance dos seus efeitos, a ressonância de cada ato repercute em futuras gerações. Alcançamos o campo da ética e do vínculo, cada existente é responsável pela história psíquica da humanidade, seja por anteceder e cuidar do novo ser ou por se posicionar como sujeito.

The initial traumatic experience of the individual is foundational, from which emerges the subject. The construction of subjectivity begins with the Real of trauma, according to the Lacanian idea of Real, Symbolic and Imaginary as dimensions of psychic life. The position adopted in this article is that the inaugural trauma is the effect of harassment of the symbolic, traumatizing event, but necessary to the confirmation of the proper human. Our objective is to present the initial traumatic experience of the newborn as the first step of subjective construction and, consequently, the advent of the Law, considering what we will call harassment of the symbolic. First, we will discuss the subject's anteriority and its immersion in the language; then Harassment of the symbolic: rapture of the purely instinctive; finally, The Law: cutting a relationship that does not hold itself. The work is theoretical, reflections are nourished by clinical practice. It is concluded that all human action is even in the field of uncertainty as to the extent of its effects, the resonance of each act has repercussions on future generations. Reuniões semanais de 90 minutos com adesão facultativa. Vivências de extremo sofrimento e discriminação precoces no ambiente familiar. Reedição dos traumas devido a precariedade emocional e financeira. Muitos viviam da prostituição. Transexuais longe das alucinações de Schreber. O interesse e a participação dos residentes. Configuração de um tipo de campo ampliado, conceito cunhado por Baranger. Movimento transferência-contratransferência fora do enquadre tradicional. Apropriação da ideia de elasticidade da técnica psicanalítica proposta por Ferenczi. Término do trabalho na instituição em dezembro de 2018 devido a perda do imóvel que ocupava.

Concepção de contratransferência em Pierre Fédida

A problematização do fenômeno da contratransferência emerge no campo psicanalítico a partir da década de 1910 e promove um aprofundamento na especificação da técnica analítica a fim de evitar os desvios' à regra fundamental. Mas é a partir da década de 1940 que emerge uma vasta literatura que enfatiza os efeitos do processo contratransferencial no trabalho analítico, principalmente dos casos considerados difíceis à regra técnica freudiana. O objetivo deste trabalho é destacar a elaboração da contratransferência em Pierre Fédida.

The countertransference phenomenon problematization emerges in the psychoanalytical field in the 1910s and promotes a deepen on the specification of the analytical technique in order to avoid deviations to the fundamental rule. But it is from the 1940s that emerges a vast literature which emphasizes the countertransferential process effects in the analytical work, mainly for cases considered as difficult for Freudian technical rule. This paper's objective is to highlight Pierre 's Fédida elaboration about countertransference.

A manifestação da sexualidade indígena em um conto erótico

Este trabalho tem como proposta apresentar algumas considerações sobre a sexualidade presente na obra Moqueca de maridos, a partir do conto erótico O amante txopokod e a menina do pinguelo gigante. Os mitos fazem parte de toda cultura e influenciam na formação do imaginário de cada sujeito. A sexualidade presente no conto também é componente significativo da constituição do eu. O conto fornece elementos da sexualidade indígena do Norte do Brasil, alvo de perseguição pelos ditos civilizados'. Freud estabelece uma relação do mito de origem com a constituição do eu. Este trabalho reafirma a hipótese freudiana sobre a presença da sexualidade nos mitos constitutivos de cada sujeito.

This paper aims to present some considerations about the sexuality present in the work Stew de husbands, considering the erotic tale The lover txopokod and the girl of the giant penguin. The myths are part of every culture and influence the formation of the imaginary of each subject. The sexuality present in the tale is also a significant component of the constitution of the self. The tale provides elements of the indigenous sexuality of northern Brazil , the target of persecution of the so-called civilized. Freud establishes a relation of the origin myth with the constitution of the self. This paper reaffirms the Freudian hypothesis that there are strong indications of sexuality with the myths of the origin of each subject.

A psicanálise e a dimensão política

Este artigo busca examinar a dimensão política constituinte do ser humano e como o poder se tece na dinâmica da clínica e da instituição psicanalítica em um processo de vitalização (como pulsão de vida) ou de desvitalização (como pulsão de morte). Analisa a dimensão do poder e da psicanálise para além da clínica e da instituição, bem como o seu papel na sociedade. Para tanto, está embasado, especialmente, nos estudos de Freud, Zimerman (2001, 2004) e Roudinesco (2000). Ao se propor uma reflexão sobre as instâncias de poder envolvidas na clínica, evidencia-se a importância de ampliar o olhar para além do setting e das instituições que amparam e consolidam o fazer psicanalítico. A percepção do analista em relação ao poder deve considerar também seu aspecto social, de intervenção na sociedade.

This article seeks to examine the political dimension that constitutes the human being and how power weaves in the dynamics of the clinic and the psychoanalytical institution in a process of vitalization (as life drive) or devitalization (as death drive). It analyzes the dimension of power and Psychoanalysis beyond the clinic and the institution, as well as their role in society. Therefore, it is based, especially, on the studies of Freud, Zimerman (2001, 2004) and Roudinesco (2000). By proposing a reflection on the instances of power involved in the clinic, it becomes evident the importance of broadening the look beyond the setting and the institutions that support and consolidate psychoanalytic practice. The analyst's perception of power must also consider its social aspect, of intervention in society.

A narrativa como intervenção na clínica com autista

Este artigo apresenta um estudo de caso clínico de uma criança que chegou ao nosso consultório com o diagnóstico de transtorno do espectro autista (TEA). Além da descrição de algumas intervenções com o menino e sua família, destaca-se a importância da narrativa para a subjetivação. A proposta deste trabalho é analisar a escuta da família, que visou fazê-la perceber mais as potencialidades do filho e não apenas o diagnóstico fechado, em se tratando de uma criança em formação. A partir desse contexto, pretende-se examinar a constituição do sujeito e investigar as estruturas descritas por Freud, os respectivos mecanismos de defesas e o autismo. A finalidade é apresentar uma síntese do autismo na psicanálise, os três tempos pulsionais constituintes do bebê descritos por Laznik e o trabalho coordenado por Kupfer e sua equipe da USP, que instituíram os parâmetros dos indicadores de risco de desenvolvimento infantil (IRDI).

This paper presents a case study of a child who came to our office with the diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In addition to describing some interventions with the boy and his family, the importance of narrative for subjectivation is highlighted. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the listening in the family, which aimed to make it better understand the potential of the child and not just the closed diagnosis, considering the subject is a child in development. From this context, we intend to examine the constitution of the subject and investigate the structures described by Freud, the respective defense mechanisms and autism. The purpose is to present a synthesis of autism in Psychoanalysis, the three drive times constituent of the baby as described by Laznik, and the work coordinated by Kupfer and his USP team, which established the parameters of the Child Development Risk Indicators.

Relações amorosas com psicopatas

Estudar a psicopatia é perceber que, embora sejamos todos seres humanos, não pensamos e sentimos da mesma maneira porque não funcionamos de acordo com os mesmos padrões de consciência moral, ética e honradez. A psicopatia vai além das categorias de gênero e de sexo. É, pois, uma condição individual, de causa multifatorial e pode ser alimentada mediante estruturas sociais, culturais e políticas. Neste artigo, elegemos analisar as relações amorosas entre homens psicopatas integrados ou ditos subclínicos (narcisistas, perversos e maquiavélicos) e suas parceiras mulheres (complementárias). Uma relação emocional, tecida e fiada, em linhas de sedução, encantamento, manipulação, humilhação, gaslighting, desprezo e aniquilação. É sob as consequências nefastas dessa montanha russa de sentimentos contraditórios que essas mulheres (vítimas ativas de um vampirismo psicológico violento) chegam ao consultório, no intuito de lograr romper com a sina inexorável desse encontro amoroso mortífero.

To study psychopathy is to realize that, although we are all human beings, we do not think and feel the same way because we do not function according to the same standards of moral conscience, ethics and honor. Psychopathy goes beyond the categories of gender and sex. It is, therefore, an individual condition, of multifactorial cause and can be fed through social, cultural and political structures. In this article, we chose to analyze the love relationships between integrated psychopathic men or so-called sub clinics (narcissists, wicked and Machiavellian) and their female partners (complementary). An emotional relationship, woven and spun, along lines of seduction, enchantment, manipulation, humiliation, gaslighting, contempt and annihilation. It is under the nefarious consequences of this roller coaster of contradictory feelings that these women (active victims of violent psychological vampirism) arrive at the office, in order to break away from the inexorable fate of this deadly love encounter.

A psicanálise no contexto institucional da humanização da assistência em saúde

Este artigo debate a abordagem psicanalítica no contexto institucional da humanização da assistência em saúde. No decorrer da discussão, são formulados muitos questionamentos sobre o ser humano, enfatizando a coisificação observável no mundo atual, entre outros aspectos. No trabalho psicanalítico de assistência em saúde, é destacada a importância da humanização como uma oposição à coisificação dos relacionamentos.

This paper discusses the psychoanalytic approach in the institutional context of the humanization of health care. In the course of the discussion, many questions about the human being are asked, emphasizing the observable objectification in today's world, among other aspects. In the psychoanalytic work of health care, we highlight the importance of humanization as an opposition to the objectification of relationships.

A escuta nas instituições e possíveis consequências psíquicas para o psicanalista

A organização/instituição se tornou objeto de estudo da psicanálise quando psicanalistas ultrapassaram as paredes dos consultórios e as sociedades de psicanálise passando a fazer parte de diversos espaços institucionais. Muito se produziu sobre o inconsciente institucional e as relações nas instituições, incluindo as consequências nos atores institucionais. Este artigo é uma análise e um questionamento sobre as possíveis consequências psíquicas para aquele que escuta o indizível nos espaços extramuros da psicanálise.

The organization/institution became the object of study of psychoanalysis when psychoanalysts went beyond the walls of psychoanalysis offices and societies and became part of several institution spaces. Much has been produced about the institutional unconscious and relations in institutions, including the consequences for institutional actors. This article is a questioning of possible psychic consequences for those who hear the unspeakable in the extramural spaces of psychoanalysis.

Experiências extraordinárias entre o xamanismo e a psicanálise: uma reflexão psicopatológica transcultural

No presente trabalho propomos compartilhar nossas experiências extraordinárias para além do setting psicanalítico, ensejadas a partir do projeto Espaço de Saúde Integra-Ativa. Tal projeto foi criado por dois psicanalistas e um xamã/curandeiro, com o objetivo de proporcionar palestras e promover discussões acerca dos benefícios das práticas integrativas e complementares de saúde (PIC) para a saúde mental e de outras práticas análogas a estas, como foi o caso do xamanismo.2 Numa perspectiva integrativa entre o xamanismo e a psicanálise, conforme a ótica da psicopatologia fundamental e transcultural, propõe-se reflexões acerca dessas experiências extraordinárias. Resta-nos a questão: quais são os riscos de a contratransferência cultural se transformar em defesa, quando os universais constitutivos do humano propostos pela psicanálise se singularizam diferentemente segundo as culturas.

In this work we propose to share our extraordinary experiences beyond the psychoanalytic setting, arising from the Integra-Ativa Health Space project. This project was created by two psychoanalysts and a shaman / healer, with the objective of providing lectures and promoting discussions about the benefits of integrative practices and complementary health services (PIC) for mental health and other practices similar to these, as was the case with shamanism. In an integrative perspective between shamanism and psychoanalysis, according to the perspective of fundamental and cross-cultural psychopathology, reflections on these extraordinary experiences are proposed. The question remains: what are the risks of cultural countertransference becoming defense, when the constitutive universals of the human proposed by psychoanalysis are differentiated according to cultures.

Ser psicanalista: um ofício meio doido

Esta reflexão sobre o oficio de psicanalista foi inspirada no romance O apanhador no campo de centeio , de J. D. Salinger, que narra a irreverência, a instabilidade e a crítica ao mundo adulto feita por um adolescente americano da década de 1940. O texto busca a relação de certas fantasias deste adolescente com as ideias que Christopher Bollas desenvolveu no livro Apanhe-os antes que caiam (2013) sobre o atendimento de pacientes em sofrimentos extremos; a partir daí, tece considerações a respeito do lugar da ambição e da onipotência, mas também da necessária modéstia dos psicanalistas em suas práticas. O trabalho faz referências à matriz freudo-kleiniana e a Wilfred Bion para falar da atividade analítica, e também ao que o analista precisa ter de infantil, imaturo e inconsciente.

This reflection on the job of psychoanalyst was inspired by J. D. Salinger's novel The Catcher in the Rye , which recounts the irreverence, instability and critique of the adult world by an American teenager in the 1940s. The text relates certain fantasies of this teenager to the ideas Christopher Bollas developed in his book Catch them before they fall (2013) about the care of patients in extreme suffering; from then on, it makes considerations about the place of ambition and omnipotence, but also the necessary modesty of psychoanalysts in their practices. The work makes references to the Freudo-Kleinian matrix and to Wilfred Bion to talk about the analytical activity, and also to what extent the analyst needs to have infantile, immature and unconscious characteristics.

O inconsciente é a política: ato/desato social

É a partir do significante que o autor aborda o tema deste trabalho. O significante se inscreve num corpo hominídeo mudo. Ao longo do tempo, faz dele um sapiens , um ser falante, humano inteligente, construído pelo processo de aculturação, desde a linguagem primitiva do par parental até uma linguagem bastante complexa. Exuberante em seus significantes fundamentais, inscritos através das dramáticas experiências do Édipo e da castração simbólica vividas no seio da família e nos laços sociais precoces.

It is from the signifier that the author approaches the theme of this work. The signifier is inscribed in a mute hominid body. Arkangel: o episódio mais freudiano de Black Mirror

A série antológica de ficção científica Black Mirror popularizou-se na Internet pela abordagem inteligente e inédita de como o mau uso da tecnologia pode arruinar as relações humanas e agravar o mal-estar do indivíduo. Prazeroso e desconfortável, o episódio em estudo - Arkangel - aborda o dilema da pós-modernidade com as peculiaridades narcísicas e manipuladoras da natureza humana dentro das relações parentais. Neste artigo abordamos o típico caso de uma mãe superprotetora que disfarça o desejo de poder sob uma fina casca de preocupação e cuidado com sua única filha, e o desdobramento implosivo que disso pode resultar, à luz de Alfred Adler, Donald Winnicott, Michel Foucault e Sigmund Freud.

Black Mirror, an anthological and science fiction series, became popular on the Internet for its clever and unprecedented approach to how the misuse of technology can ruin human relationships and aggravate the individual's malaise. Pleasant and uncomfortable, the current episode, Arkangel, addresses the dilemma of postmodernity with the narcissistic and manipulative peculiarities of human nature within parental relationships. In this article we discuss the typical case of an overprotective mother who disguises the desire for power under a thin shell of concern and care for her only daughter, and the implosive unfoldment that this can result, in the light of Alfred Adler, Donald Winnicott, Michel Foucault and Sigmund Freud.
