The state of art: social constructionism and the therapeutic performance in Brazil

Este estudo de revisão propôs o mapeamento da produção de artigos científicos referentes à clínica psicoterápica construcionista social. A partir do método bibliográfico denominado “Estado da arte”, foi realizado um levantamento de artigos científicos publicados na plataforma virtual Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde - Psicologia (BVS-PSI) e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Obteve-se como resultado a coleta de 09 artigos que, posteriormente à leitura na íntegra, foram organizados em 03 eixos temáticos: abordagens teóricas, narrativas sobre o terapeuta e o conceito de self. Esse processo de estudo evidenciou a orientação do construcionismo social para a constituição de uma prática clínica colaborativa em que o terapeuta atua de maneira reflexiva, dialógica e engajada.

The present review intended to propose the mapping of scientific articles that refer to the Social Constructionist psychotherapeutic clinic. From the bibliographic method called "State of art", a survey on scientific articles, published in the virtual platforms Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde - Psicologia (BVS-PSI) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), was carried out. As a result, 09 articles were collected, which after been read in full, were organized into 03 thematic axes: theoretical approaches, narratives about the therapist and the concept of self. This study process evidenced the orientation of social constructionism to the constitution of a collaborative clinical practice in which the therapist acts in a reflexive, dialogic and engaged way.

“The boy and the pumpkin”: the art of a meeting

Neste artigo, a partir da prática terapêutica, a autora relata a busca de um embasamento teórico para a compreensão de um atendimento no qual se obteve resultados surpreendentes em prazo muito curto, partindo de uma postura do “não saber”. Descreve sobre seu processo vivencial de reflexão, suas conversas internas ao longo do atendimento de um casal com uma criança que havia recebido uma suposição de diagnóstico psiquiátrico feito pela orientadora escolar. Sua preocupação foi a respeito dos efeitos desse diagnóstico na dinâmica da família. As referências teóricas baseiam-se em diversos autores que conversam com o Construcionismo Social, as Práticas Colaborativas e o trabalho com as ressonâncias da família e da terapeuta.

In this article, coming from the therapeutic practice, the author reports the search for a theoretical basis for the understanding of a therapeutic care in which surprising results have been obtained in a very short term, based on a position of “not knowing”. She describes her experiential process of reflection, her internal conversations, during this care of a couple with a child, who had received an assumption of psychiatric diagnosis, made by the school counselor. Her concern was about the effects of this diagnosis on family dynamics. The theoretical references are based on several authors who talk with Social Constructionism, Collaborative Practices and work with the resonances of the family and the therapist.

Narratives of widowed men in the experience of conjugal mourning

Neste artigo é apresentada uma pesquisa qualitativa que visou à compreensão das narrativas de homens viúvos vivenciando luto conjugal. Foram entrevistados três homens que se encontravam na época da perda em um momento específico do ciclo vital da família. Utilizou-se a entrevista qualitativa em profundidade e na organização dos dados foram utilizados os procedimentos de codificação da Teoria Fundamentada. Foram destacadas três categorias temáticas que constituem as dimensões da experiência de luto conjugal: ‘Dizer olá novamente’, ‘Deixar ir’ e ‘Seguir em frente’. As narrativas produzidas possibilitaram aos enlutados a reconstrução do seu sistema de significados em duas direções: manter viva a relação que tinham com a esposa e construir novos significados para o self, tendo em vista o papel de progenitor viúvo em um ambiente familiar e social em transformação.

This article presents a qualitative research that aimed to understand the narratives of widowed men experiencing conjugal mourning. Three men were interviewed who were at the time of loss at a specific time in the family life cycle. We used the qualitative interview in depth and in the organization of the data were used the coding procedures of the Grounded Theory. Thus, three thematic categories that constitute the dimensions of the experience of conjugal mourning stand out like: 'say hello again', 'let go' and 'move on'. The narratives produced allowed the bereaved to reconstruct the system of meanings and took place in two directions: restore self-related meanings before loss, that is, keeping alive the relationship they had with the wife; and to construct new meanings for the self in view of the role that was being announced in the situation of mourning, that of a widowed parent in a changing family and social environment.

Violences suffered by women who offended sexually

O objetivo deste texto é apresentar e discutir histórias das várias vitimizações sofridas pela ofensora sexual do gênero feminino, buscando contribuir para os atendimentos psicossociais. Trata-se de um recorte de pesquisa desenvolvida em parceria entre uma instituição pública e uma universidade pública, e a opção metodológica foi a pesquisa documental, com a obtenção das informações retiradas diretamente do registro contido nos prontuários da instituição. As participantes foram cinco mulheres com idades entre 19 e 52 anos que receberam atendimento psicossocial após encaminhamento de serviços de justiça e saúde, durante o primeiro semestre de 2018. Os resultados apontam histórias de intenso sofrimento vividas por essas mulheres que tiveram início muito precocemente na infância, sendo contínuas, permanentes, com várias facetas: física, abandono, negligência, vivência de rua, violência sexual. Ainda ocorreram mortes, separações e ruptura de vínculos afetivos, grandes mudanças e desvinculações do ambiente. A vivência dessas várias violências trouxe consequências graves para o desenvolvimento da afetividade e estabelecimento e manutenção de relações vinculares. Esses resultados são coincidentes com a literatura internacional. O aspecto analisado nesse texto necessita ser considerado em qualquer programa de intervenção psicossocial ou clínico com essas mulheres.

The purpose of the text is to present and discuss history of the various victimizations suffered by the female sex offender in order to contribute to psychosocial care. It is a research cut developed in partnership between a public institution and a public university, and the methodological option was the documentary research, with the obtaining of information taken directly from the record contained in the institution's health records. The participants were five women between the ages of 19 and 52 who received psychosocial care after referral of justice and health services during the first half of 2018. The results point to stories of intense suffering experienced by these women who started very early in childhood, being continuous, permanent, with many facets: physical, neglect, street life and sexual violence. There were still deaths, separations, rupture of affective bonds, great changes and disengagement of the environment and of people. The experience of these various violence has had grave consequences on the development of affectivity and the establishment and maintenance of binding relationships. These results coincide with the international literature. The aspect analyzed in this text needs to be included in any program of psychosocial or clinical intervention with these women.

Psychological intervention of the adolescent and the therapeutic character of the orientation of parents: a case study in individual systemic therapy

Esse artigo apresenta o estudo de caso de um atendimento psicoterapêutico realizado com uma adolescente e sua família, com base na terapia sistêmica individual. O objetivo é mostrar como a terapia sistêmica pode ser realizada com crianças e adolescentes de modo individual, incluindo também a família no formato de orientação de pais. Metáforas, perguntas circulares e jogos terapêuticos foram utilizados ao longo do atendimento, realizado em sessões individuais com a adolescente e sessões de orientação de pais. As sessões individuais e sessões de orientação de pais mantiveram o foco na dinâmica relacional do grupo familiar e suas ressonâncias no desenvolvimento da adolescente, destacando aspectos da complexidade, instabilidade e intersubjetividade presente na relação pais e filhos.

This paper is a case study about the individual systemic therapy with one teenager and her parents. It´s objective is to show to show the importance of individual systemic therapy with children and adolescents also including the family in the orientation of parents. Metaphors, circular questions and therapeutic games were used in individual sessions and sessions of orientation of parents. Individual sessions and parenting sessions were focused on the dynamical relationships of the family group and their impact in adolescent development, emphasizing the complexity, instability and intersubjectivity that exist in the parents and children relationship.

Psychosocial intervention with juvenile sexual offenders and their families: the multifamilial group

Este artigo apresenta um relato de experiência sobre uma intervenção psicossocial, de Grupo Multifamiliar (GM), junto a adolescentes que cometeram ofensa sexual. Práticas como esta são uma maneira de garantir proteção às vítimas e diminuição da probabilidade de reincidência. É necessário que haja responsabilização jurídica e atendimento psicossocial para os autores de violência, conforme prevê o Plano Nacional de Enfrentamento da Violência Sexual contra Crianças e Adolescentes. Participaram da intervenção 10 famílias, que se encontraram durante sete sessões, totalizando 21 horas de intervenção grupal. Discutiu-se os seguintes temas: proteção, sexualidade, abuso sexual é crime, transgeracionalidade, autoestima e projeto de namoro e de futuro. O GM oferece aos adolescentes e suas famílias o contexto e os instrumentos para a ampliação do espaço de conversação, orientação parental, reflexão, acolhimento do sofrimento de todos e promoção da saúde. Isto porque enfoca as potencialidades; valoriza os vínculos afetivos, papéis filiais e parentais; e reconhece o momento de busca de autonomia do adolescente e a consequente necessidade de aceitação dessa fase do desenvolvimento por parte dos pais (ou cuidadores que exercem esse papel). Após o término do GM, avaliou-se a necessidade de adolescentes serem encaminhados para a rede de proteção, em relação às vulnerabilidades presentes.

This article presents an experience report about a psychosocial intervention called Multifamilial Group (MG), with juvenile sexual offenders. Practices such as this are a way to ensure protection to victims and decrease the likelihood of recidivism. It is necessary that there be legal accountability and psychosocial care for the perpetrators of violence, according to the Brazilian National Plan to Combat Sexual Violence against Children and Adolescents. Ten families participated in the intervention, meeting for seven sessions, totaling 21 hours of group intervention. The following topics were discussed: protection, sexuality, sexual offense is a crime, transgenerationality, self-esteem and plan of dating and future. The MG offers to participating adolescents and their families the context and the instruments to expand the space for conversation, parental guidance, reflection, acceptance of the suffering of all and promotion of health. This is so due to a focus on potentialities; appreciation of the affective bonds, filial and parental roles; and recognition of the moment to seek autonomy of the adolescent and the consequent need for acceptance of this phase of development by parents (or caregivers who play this role). After the MG, the needs for adolescents to be referred to the protection network were assessed.

The concept of resonances in the therapist's training process: discovering potentialities and limitations in therapeutic practice

O conceito de ressonância utilizado pela Teoria Sistêmica no âmbito clínico compreende sentimentos mobilizados diante do que é abordado no espaço terapêutico. Tais sensações podem tanto contribuir para imobilizar o sistema (cliente e terapeuta), quanto servir como um potente recurso ao terapeuta, dependendo, portanto, da implicação e postura do psicólogo frente às ressonâncias. Desse modo, buscou-se trazer questões relacionadas ao seu uso como recurso, além de tratar da importância das ressonâncias na formação do terapeuta. Por fim, alguns casos foram expostos a fim de elucidar como as ressonâncias surgiram na prática clínica da autora e do grupo do qual faz parte, assim como entre os indivíduos que foram atendidos.

The concept of resonance used by the Systemic Theory at the clinical context comprehends feelings that emerge during what is elaborated in the clinical session. These feelings can either contribute to paralyze the system (client and therapist) or serve as an important resource to the therapist, depending, therefore, on the involvement and posture of the psychologist in front of the resonances. In that way, it was sought to elucidate questions regarding its use as a resource, besides discoursing about its importance to the therapist studies. Lastly, some cases were debated in order to clarify how resonances occurred during the clinical practice of the author and the group that participates, as well as in the clients who were being attended at the time.
