De Winnicott a Winnicott: Algumas notas sobre defesa maníaca, retraimento, regressão e interpretações em Explorações Psicanalíticas de D. W. Winnicott

Com o objetivo de compreender a relevância de novos conceitos clínicos propostos por Winnicott o autor analisa a gênese e evolução de alguns desses conceitos examinando, entre outros textos, uma passagem clínica apresentada no artigo "Nada no centro", inserido no livro Explorações psicanalíticas. Nesse caminho, também dialoga com Bion e argumenta sobre as diferenças de vértice e perspectiva encontradas entre os autores no que se refere à análise

Aiming at understanding the importance of new clinical concepts suggested by Winnicott, the author analyses the genesis and evolution of some of these concepts and examines, for instance, a clinical episode presented in the article "Nothing at the center" by Winnicott which is part of the book "Psycho-analytical Explorations". He also uses Bion and shows the differences of perspective and vertex between both writers in regard to analysis

Incorporação e introjeção em Winnicott

O estudo visa explicitar o significado específico que Winnicott atribui aos conceitos de incorporação e de introjeção, diferente daquele dado pela teoria psicanalítica tradicional. O trabalho mostra, ainda, que a distinção entre esses conceitos, formulada à luz da idéia de amadurecimento e derivada da distinção mais ampla entre psique-soma e mente - é altamente elucidativa na compreensão de falhas que caracterizam as patologias primitivas. Apresenta-se, em seguida, a formulação winnicottiana sobre uma modalidade patológica de introjeção, o que leva a decorrências importantes para a prática clínica, sobretudo no que se refere a determinadas patologias como a depressão reativa

The objective of this study is to explain the specific meaning that Winnicott gives to the concepts of incorporation and introjection different from the meaning given by the traditional psychoanalytic theory. This study also shows that the difference between these concepts - formulated in the light of maturation and resulting from the difference between psyche-soma and mind ndash; is extremely important to understand the failures that characterize the primitive pathologies. This is followed by the Winnicottian formulation on an introjection of a pathological nature leading to significant results in the clinical practice especially in regard to specific pathologies such as the reactive depression

A incerta conquista da morada da psique no soma em D. W. Winnicott

O presente artigo aborda aspectos do tema da conquista da morada da psique no soma, ou personalização, em D. W. Winnicott, destacando a precariedade dessa aquisição. Para tanto, definiram-se brevemente os conceitos de soma, psique e mente, esclarecendo-se que o autor deslocou a tradicional questão da oposição entre o corpo e a mente para o problema da integração entre os dois modos de existir do homem, o somático e o psíquico. Observou-se que Winnicott constatou clinicamente, com pacientes em regressão, o fato de que inumeráveis elaborações somáticas primitivas subjazem às conquistas subseqüentes do amadurecimento. Definiu-se o conceito de elaboração imaginativa para esclarecer, primeiro, o modo como o bebê se apropria primitivamente de si mesmo, de suas partes, funções, sensações, sentimentos, constituindo a parceria psique-soma; e segundo, o desdobramento da psique em funções sofisticadas. Enumeram-se exemplos de distorção na aquisição de firmes relações entre soma e psique explicitando-se sucintamente a etiologia do distúrbio psicossomático, relacionada ao fracasso na permanência do status de unidade psicossomática, com raízes em problemas prévios de personalização

The present article approaches the issue of indwelling of the psyche in the soma in D. W. Winnicott, also called personalization, underlining the inherent difficulties of that process. We have defined the concepts of soma, psyche and mind pointing out the fact that the author has substituted the traditional opposition between body and mind for the problem of integration between soma and psyche; and demonstrated that Winnicott's findings - that innumerable primitive elaborations lie beneath the subsequent acquisitions of the maturational process -, originating from his clinic with patients in states of regression. The term imaginative elaboration has been defined to explain the conquest of the status of the psychosomatic unity - and further psychic developments - and the distortions thereof; and the psychosomatic disturbance has been briefly explained as one of the problems related to that acquisition

Este trabalho tem como objetivo abordar a questão dos distúrbios psicossomáticos a partir da Teoria do Amadurecimento Pessoal de D.W.Winnicott, apontando as singularidades presentes nesse referencial e articulando a teoria com um caso clínico, como forma de ilustrar e discutir alguns aspectos da abordagem clínica da teoria winnicottiana no que se refere a pacientes com esse tipo de distúrbio

This work has the objective of approaching the psychosomatic disturbs from the individual maturation theory developed by D.W.Winnicott, pointing out the present singularities on this referential and articulating the theory with a clinic case, as a way of illustrating and discussing some aspects of the clinic approach of the Winnicott's theory in what it refers to patients with psychosomatic disturbs

Melanie Klein e as fantasias inconscientes

Este artigo é um estudo a respeito das principais características das fantasias inconscientes com base na teorização kleinian. Encontra-se dividido em três partes principais: a primeira é uma introdução que inclui a contextualização da autora que norteia o estudo e uma introdução à temática das fantasias com base na teoria de Melanie Klein. A segunda é uma reflexão acerca das principais características a respeito das fantasias inconscientes abordadas pela teorização kleiniana. A terceira e última contém uma conclusão acerca de tudo que foi abordado ao longo do artigo. Como material de trabalho, foram utilizadas tanto obras de autoria de Melanie Klein quanto outras produzidas por seguidores da mesma, na função de comentadores.

This article is a study as to the principal characteristics of the unconscious fantasies based on Klein's theory. It is divided in three main parts: the first one is an introduction that includes the presentation of the author who orientates the study and an introduction to the theme of the fantasies on basis of the theory of Melanie Klein. The second one is a reflection about the principal characteristics as to the unconscious fantasies boarded by Klein's theory. The third and last one contains a conclusion about everything that was boarded along the article. Like material of work, they were used so much works of authorship of Melanie Klein all that others produced by followers of same, in the commentators' function
