Neuropsicanálise: um projeto abandonado por Freud

O presente artigo pretendeu apontar para as questões que estavam em jogo para Freud quando da redação do Projeto de 1895. Objetivamos com isso demonstrar que Freud não visava necessariamente a construção de uma teoria neuropsicanalítica, como pretendem alguns, mas a busca da etiologia psíquica das neuroses. Por isso, em um primeiro momento analisamos porque Freud escolhe o nome psicanálise para denominar sua teoria. Depois estabelecemos quais são os dois postulados elaborados por Freud na parte I do texto do Projeto para, em segui da, apontar como a parte II, articulada com outros textos contemporâneos de Freud, apontam para a busca de Freud de uma causalidade não nos neurônios, mas em representações.

The present article intended to appear for the subjects that were in game for Freud when of the composition of the Project of 1895. We sought with that to demonstrate that Freud didn't necessarily seek the construction of a theory neuropsychoanalytical, as they intend some, but the search of the psychic etiology of the neuroses. Therefore, in a first moment we analyzed the reason Freud he/she chooses the name psychoanalysis to denominate your theory. Then we established which are the two postulates elaborated by Freud in the part I of the text of the Project for, soon after, pointed as the part II, articulate with other contemporary texts of Freud, they not appear for the search of Freud of a causality in the neurons, but in representations.

Quando a invenção pede passagem: ritmo e corpo nas oficinas de teatro do Centro de Referência em Saúde Mental (CERSAM) Noroeste de Belo Horizonte

Este artigo trata da pesquisa acerca dos processos de subjetivação nas oficinas de teatro do Centro de Referência em Saúde Mental (CERSAM) Noroeste de Belo Horizonte, articulando arte e saúde mental. Pautadas nas ideias de Deleuze e Guattari e no método cartográfico, investigamos esses processos, cartografando os dispositivos que operam tanto para a reprodução quanto para a invenção. As oficinas de teatro semanais construídas a partir das demandas dos usuários e atentas à potência dos encontros nos permitiram rastrear linhas duras, linhas flexíveis e linhas de fuga que compuseram o rizoma-oficina-subjetividades. Nesses encontros destacamos dois acontecimentos: o acontecimento-ritmo e o acontecimento-corpo. Esperamos contribuir para as práticas em saúde mental insistindo na potência e invenção que existem na loucura.

This article focuses on subjective processes research in theater workshops of the Center for Mental Health Reference (CERSAM) northwest of Belo Horizonte, linking art and mental health. Based on the ideas of Deleuze and Guattari and the mapping method, we investigated these processes in these workshops, charting devices that operate both for reproduction and invention. The weekly drama workshops built from users demands and attentive to the power of meetings allowed us to track hard lines, flexible lines and escape lines that made up the rhizome-workshop-subjectivities. In these meetings we highlight two events: the rhythm-event and the body-event. We hope our study contribute to mental health practices in insisting that there is power and invention in madness.

Instituindo a flexibilidade: o trabalho clínico de passagem da internação psiquiátrica à vida na comunidade

O presente artigo versa sobre as especificidades de um trabalho clínico que visa a produzir a passagem do psicótico de um dispositivo hospitalar à vida na comunidade. Consideramos que esse dispositivo pode ocupar uma função que não é estática para os usuários, mas que se modifica de acordo com o percurso de cada um. Fazemos menção aos conceitos oriundos da psicoterapia institucional francesa e à psiquiatria democrática italiana, que auxiliarão a pensar na possibilidade de circulação de pessoas com transtornos mentais. Citamos ainda autores que trabalham na perspectiva do campo freudiano, levando-se em conta a leitura lacaniana. Dois casos clínicos aqui apresentados ilustrarão a questão exposta de como um psicótico pode prescindir de uma instituição, servindo-se dela.

This article discusses the specificities of a clinical study that aims to analyze the transition of a psychotic person who was being treated in a mental health hospital to community life. We consider that this institution can hold a function that is not static for users, but instead changes according to each person´s route. To discuss it, we will use concepts coming from the French institutional psychotherapy and the Italian democratic psychiatry, which will help to consider the possibility of people with mental disorders to circulate in society. Authors that use Freud´s theory, considering the Lacan´s reading of Psychoanalysis, will also be cited. Two clinical cases will be presented to illustrate the question of how a psychotic person can dispense with and take advantage of the institution.

A aplicabilidade do dispositivo clínico-institucional urgência subjetiva no tratamento da toxicomania

Este artigo presta-se a investigar a aplicabilidade do dispositivo clínico-institucional urgência subjetiva no tratamento da toxicomania. Para tanto, desenvolveram-se alguns fundamentos teóricos relativos à toxicomania e aos estados de urgência psíquica para os quais se recomenda a utilização desse dispositivo. A partir disso, constatou-se que a imprescindibilidade do recurso tóxico à economia psíquica do toxicômano expõe um sujeito suscetível à ocorrência de crises de ordem psíquica caso a droga falte. Por fim, compreende-se que o dispositivo clínico-institucional urgência subjetiva operado pelo analista no contexto institucional constitui-se como um recurso legítimo de intervenção às crises dessa ordem, auxiliando no tratamento das toxicomanias. Com vistas a ilustrar o que foi apresentado teoricamente, lançou-se mão de um fragmento clínico com propósitos de exemplificação.

This article investigates the applicability of the subjective urgency clinical and institutional device in the treatment of toxicomania. Some theoretical foundations related to the use of the drug and mental states of emergency are developed for which it is recommended the use of this device. We sought to demonstrate that the crucial feature of the toxic drug addict exposes the psychic economy would be vulnerable to the occurrence of crises when facing the absence of the drug. Finally, it was understood that the subjective clinical urgency and institutional device, used by the analyst, is a legitimate resource of intervention as concerns such crisis, helping in the treatment of toxicomania. A clinical vignette was used to illustrate what was theoretically presented.

Violência sexual infantojuvenil: problematizando os desafios do atendimento a partir da análise de um caso clínico

No presente texto, partimos de um estudo de caso para abordar o problema da gravidez de uma criança, fruto de violência sexual, e as discussões que se sucederam junto à rede que atendeu a família. É interesse deste artigo levantar questões que suscitem o debate sobre violência sexual infantojuvenil, as formas discursivas e de controle que determinam as produções de saber por parte das instituições e como a complexidade dessa dinâmica de enunciados e normatizações abarcam em si a dimensão da incompletude, do poder e do excesso.

In this paper, we start from a case study to address the pregnancy of a child, the result of sexual violence, and the discussions that took place with the network that served the family. It is this article's interest to raise questions which raise the debate on juvenile sexual violence, the discursive and controller forms that determine and the production of knowledge by institutions such as the complexity and dynamics of utterances and norms encompass within it the dimension of incompleteness, the power and excess.

Os espaços urbanos, as práticas corporais e a saúde mental

O problema a ser investigado nasce de uma reflexão sobre as relações entre os espaços urbanos, as práticas corporais e a saúde mental. Tem-se como proposição teórica o campo educacional, para analisar e interpretar as questões referentes às técnicas do corpo em interface com os espaços urbanos. Parte-se da hipótese de que essa junção entre "cidade, corpo e saúde mental" tem muitas vezes suas produções pouco compreendidas, pois grande parte das chamadas teorias educativas não instrumentalizam uma reflexão que apreenda essas interfaces sobre o real educativo. O método utilizado para a realização da investigação é de inspiração filosófica, na oportunidade em que o autor se encontrava implicado com a questão da inserção do sujeito nos espaços urbanos. Os resultados possíveis dessa reflexão demonstram que a qualidade de vida mental saudável é uma ruptura da educação que disciplina o sujeito e o submete às formas de controle.

The issue to be investigated rises from a reflection on the relations between urban spaces, the bodily practices and mental health. The theoretical proposition is the educational field, to analyze and interpret issues concerning the body techniques in interface with the urban spaces. The study starts with the hypothesis that this intersection of "city, body and mental health" has, for many times, its productions under-understood, because great part of the called educative theories doesn't instrumentalize a reflection that apprehends these interfaces on the 'educative real'. The method utilized to perform the investigation has a philosophical inspiration on the opportunity the author was involved with the question of the insertion of the subject in the urban spaces. The possible results of this reflection demonstrate that a healthy quality of mental life is the rupture of the education that disciplines the subject and subjects him to forms of control.

La afirmación 'el examen clínico del caso Aimée', narrada por Jacques Lacan en su tesis de Medicina del 1932, "De la psicosis paranoica en sus relaciones con la personalidad", opera como base estructural para el análisis del caso "Ela", se construye la historia de la paciente, a partir de lo enunciado por ella, así como las personas más cercanas a su vida, a partir de dicha historia se realiza la descripción y lectura de la estructura psicótica de "Ela" teniendo como base los fundamentales del psicoanálisis, que permite además realizar la pertinente explicación con ayuda del texto, "Comprensión y tratamiento de la psicosis. Un abordaje clínico psicoanalítico desde la concepción de Freud y Lacan", escrito por Jairo Báez.

The statement 'clinical examination of Aimée's case', narrated by Jacques Lacan in his 1932 Medicine thesis, "From paranoid psychosis in its relations with the personality," operates as the structural basis for the "Ela" case analysis builds the patient's history, from her statement, and from the people closest to her life. From that story, the complete description and psychotic "Ela" reading were done, having as fundamental basis the psychoanalysis, which also allows for the relevant explanation using the text, "Comprensión y tratamiento de la psicosis. Após quase duas décadas da inauguração da internet comercial no Brasil, os seus efeitos sobre os relacionamentos humanos continuam a ser alvo de muitas discussões. O presente artigo tece algumas considerações sobre o desenvolvimento da internet e das relações humanas mediadas por computadores, mostrando como a nova tecnologia se transforma em um instrumento muito mais de aproximação do que de evitação da realidade.

After nearly two decades of opening of the commercial internet in Brazil, its effects on human relationships remain the subject of many discussions. This paper presents some considerations about the development of the internet and computer mediated relationships, showing how the new technology turns into a much more approach than avoidance of reality.
