Autoridade e transmissão da "dívida de vida": Uma função fundamental dos pais

Ao final de uma evolução da sociedade e da família ocidentais, que fez desaparecer o paterfamilias, a autoridade dos pais viu-se enfraquecida, e transformou-se. Tornou-se democrática. Os pais perderam os pontos de referência tradicionais, e têm, cada vez mais, dificuldades para assumir essa função. Uma das conseqüências desse fato é a dificuldade de transmissão da dívida simbólica (ou dívida de vida), que constitui os filhos como o elo de uma corrente. O resultado consiste em sintomas de confusão dos lugares genealógicos entre pais e filhos e, para estes últimos, uma relativa indiferenciação subjetiva.

At the end of an evolution of western families and societies, with the death of paterfamilias, parents authority grows feebler and finds itself in transformation. It has become democratic. Parents have lost traditional reference points and have growing difficulties to claim that function. One of the consequences of this fact is the difficulty in transmitting the symbolic debt (or life debt) that construes their children as links of a chain. The result consists in symptoms of confusion of genealogic places between parents and children and, for the latter, a relative subjective indifferentiation.

Au terme dune évolution de la société et de la famille occidentales, qui a fait disparaître le paterfamilias, lautorité des parents a été affaiblie et sest transformée. Elle est devenue démocratique. Les parents ont perdu les repères traditionnels et ont de plus en plus de difficultés à assumer cette fonction. Une des conséquences est la difficulté de transmission de la dette symbolique (ou dette de vie), qui constitue les enfants comme maillon de la chaîne généalogique. Il en résulte des symptômes de confusion des places généalogiques entre parents et enfants et une relative indifférenciation subjective pour les enfants.

As estruturas clínicas e o universo infinito

Este trabalho retoma criticamente elementos da história do paradigma estrutural na psicanálise. A partir dessas observações, são investigados os fenômenos clínicos dos rituais obsessivos e o fenômeno de massa das raves, considerando-se a referência de Lacan à questão da voz do Outro.

This article takes on review historical elements of structural thought on psychoanalysis. It also investigates clinical and cultural phenomenas, such as obsessive rituals on neurosis and subjective aspects of rave parties. Lacan´s observations concerning pleasure and un-pleasure mechanisms and its psychological consequences are theoretical substrata for the development of the argument.

A arte de sonhar

Os estudos de Freud sobre os sonhos envolveram uma pesquisa histórica, filosófica e literária desde a Antiguidade. Os surrealistas se beneficiaram com as contribuições freudianas ao tentar mostrar a surrealidade presente nos sonhos. Assim, a pintura passou a retratar essa outra realidade onde podemos verificar até mesmo o movimento de uma psicose conforme apontado nos quadros de Wain. E movimento é o que se pode observar no trabalho clínico com os sonhos quando colocamos como parâmetro os algoritmos do grafo do desejo. Os sonhos revelam o desenrolar e a eficácia de um processo analítico.

Freuds studies of the dreams involved an historical, philosophical and a literary research since antiquity. The surrealists had benefited with the Freudians contributions since they try to show the surreality in dreams. Thus, the picture passed to portray this other reality where we can verify even the movement of a psycosis as pointed in Wain pictures. And movement is what we can observe in clinical work with dreams when as far as we put as parameter the algoritms of the desire graph. The dreams disclose the efficacy of an analytical process.

Equipe de saúde: cuidadores sob tensão

O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a experiência de uma equipe de saúde cujo funcionamento propiciou que atuasse como cuidadora de si mesma. A equipe estava inserida num programa de atendimento a hipertensos, estruturado com base no conceito de suporte social, centrado na reunião de profissionais de diversos saberes e na formação de grupos de pacientes - os grupos de suporte. Descreve-se a estruturação do programa e analisa-se a dinâmica da equipe de saúde, a partir de entrevistas realizadas com nove profissionais que dela participavam, focando o modo como vivenciavam seu relacionamento. Com base nesses depoimentos, procura-se mostrar a similitude do que ali ocorria com a dinâmica descrita por Winnicott relativa ao holding e à sua continuidade na vida adulta. Conclui-se que uma equipe de saúde pode ser cuidadora de si mesma desde que experimente, no seu interior, uma dinâmica de relacionamento semelhante àquela vivenciada, através de um bom holding, nos primórdios do desenvolvimento.

This paper aims to analyze the experience of a health team whose functioning brought them to provide help for themselves. The team was inserted in a program to help people with high blood pressure. This program had been structured based on the concept of social support, centered in the gathering of professionals from several knowledge fields and in forming groups of patients - the support groups. This was achieved by means of describing the programs structuring and analyzing the teams dynamics from the interviews performed with nine of its professionals, focusing on how they interacted. Based on those interviews, it was sought to show similarities between what happened there and dynamics described by Winnicott regarding the holding and the continuity throughout their adult lives. The conclusion is that a health team may help themselves, as long as there is, within the team itself, an interaction dynamic similar to the one lived through a good holding since its early development.

UTI: Onde a vida pulsa

A partir da resenha do filme Fale com ela, dirigido por Pedro Almodóvar (Hable con ella, Espanha, 2002), o texto traz considerações teóricas, baseando-se nos pressupostos freudianos, sobre a relação entre pulsão de vida e pulsão de morte. Assim, correlaciona tais conceitos à prática do psicanalista em uma UTI, somando a um recorte de caso clínico, que visa ilustrar melhor tais questões.

The text makes theorical considerations about the film Talk to Her, directed by Pedro Almodóvar (Hable con ella, Espanha, 2002), based on the works about the relation between life instinct and death instinct, written by Freud. Therefore, it correlates these concepts to the psychoanalytic practice at the intensive care unit, adding some case reports in order to illustrate better these questions.

Transgeracionalidade: "des-encontro" de gerações

Este trabalho propõe refletir sobre a presença dos avós durante a internação do bebê em uma UTI Neonatal, lançando luz sobre a transgeracionalidade, ou seja, como que cada sujeito vai se inscrever em um novo lugar na genealogia familiar.

This paper proposes a reflection on the presence of the grandparents during the commitment of babies in neonatal intensive care units under the approach of transgenerationality, i. e., how each subject will inscribe him/herself in a new place in the familys genealogy.

Comissão de frente: a entrada em uma saída possível

Este trabalho discorre sobre o papel do psicanalista no Hospital Geral, especialmente no CTI. Tomando como ponto de partida o significante Comissão de Frente, podemos fazer um paralelo entre a posição do analista e tal ala de uma escola de samba. Anunciar, abrir espaço, preparar, inaugurar. Em situações de urgência, como é o caso do hospital, a pessoa se vê ali imersa na angústia. A verdade está escancarada e o sujeito, desamparado. A equipe de Psicologia permite que o sujeito entre, e que entre também para o encontro com o Real que, apesar de angustiante ou insuportável, poderá ser a entrada em uma saída possível para suas questões.

This work discourses on the paper of the psychoanalyst in the General Hospital, especially in the ITU. Taking as the starting point the significant Front Commission, we can make a parallel between the position of the analyst and such section of a samba school. To announce, to open space, to prepare, to inaugurate. In urgency situations, as it is the case of the hospital, the person sees her/his self immersed in the anguish. The truth is discovered and the subject, abandoned. The team of Psychology allows that the subject enters, and that he also enters for the meeting with the Real that, although overwhelming or insupportable, it could be the entrance in a possible exit for his questions.

Ética Contemporânea: os anos 60 e o projeto de psicologia humanista

SOBRE A ÉTICA NA PSICOLOGIA: O projeto de psicologia humanista pode, na minha interpretação, ser perfeitamente entendido como um aliado nas lutas contra a desumanização, as opressões, as injustiças; como uma das possíveis formas de resistência aos abusos do regime. É preciso reconhecer que a psicologia humanista ganha maior evidência na história da psicologia, especialmente a partir do momento em que apresenta uma nova proposta de abordagem humana. Suas idéias indicam que, diante das dificuldades da psicologia naquele momento (anos 60) em lidar com os problemas políticos e sociais, uma alternativa poderia ser trabalhar centrando-se exclusivamente na pessoa.

ABOUT ETHIC IN PSYCHOLOGY: The humanist psychology project can, as I see it, be perfectly understood as an ally in the struggle against dehumanization, oppression, injustice, as well as one of the possible ways to oppose the abuses of the regime. It is necessary to recognize that the humanist psychology stands out in the history of psychology especially from the moment he introduces a new proposal of human approach. His ideas point to the fact that, given the difficulty of psychology at that moment (the 60s) in dealing with social and political problems, an alternative could be to focus exclusively on the person.
