Le spectre de la chronicite

L´auteur propose de discuter les dégâts résultants de l´assimilation hâtive des troubles mentaux au cadre du discours médical, lorsqu´il s´agit de la prise en charge des patients dits chroniques, à partir d´une mise en question du concept médical de chronicité. Ce faisant, il souligne l´importance de se passer de l´échelle hiérarchique des traitements, dans laquelle le patient chronique se retrouve mis dans le plus bas dégrée, pour démontrer qu´au lieu de leur imposer des idéaux thérapeutiques, on doit faire des services psychiatriques un instrument dont ces patients peuvent se servir selon leurs propres références.

Consideraçòes sobre psicose e laço social: o fora-do-discurso da psicose

O artigo visa discutir a idéia lacaniana sobre o fora-do-discurso da psicose, tecendo considerações sobre a relação da psicose com a possibilidade de laço social. Faz comentários em torno do conceito psicanalítico de laço social sustentado pela teoria dos discursos, bem como recorre à noção de sintoma do último ensino de Lacan que oferece maiores recursos para pensar a relação da psicose com o laço social.

The article aims at to argue the lacaniana idea on the one outside-of - the speech of the psychosis, weaveeing considerações on the relation of the psychosis with the possibility of social bow. It makes commentaries in lathe of the psicanalítico concept of social bow supported by the theory of the speeches, as well as appeals to the notion of symptom of the last education of Lacan that offers to greaters resources to think the relation of the psychosis with the social bow.

Vertentes da estabilização em um caso de psicose

Trata-se do relato de um caso clínico que, durante um período de 18 anos, no circuito psiquiátrico, e seis anos de trabalho analítico, constrói uma saída que instaura questões acerca da forma como se desenvolve sua invenção. Consideramos que a saída na psicose, neste caso, poderia se dar pela via do significante com a construção de uma metáfora delirante, ou ainda com a produção de um objeto condensador de gozo. Portanto, essas duas vertentes parecem apresentar-se como saídas possíveis e conciliáveis para este sujeito.

One is about the story of a clinical case that, during a period of 18 years, in the psychiatric circuit, and six years of analytical work, it constructs an exit that restores questions concerning the form as if it develops its invention. We consider that the exit in the psychosis, this in case that, could be given for the way of the significant one with the construction of a delirious metaphor, or still with the production of a condensing object of joy. Therefore, these two sources seem to present themselves as possible exits and conciliated for this citizen.

O sintoma na psicose: um resultado psicanalítico

Pretendo discutir neste texto o que poderíamos considerar não apenas um resultado terapêutico, mas ainda um resultado psicanalítico, no que concerne ao tratamento das psicoses, a partir do fragmento de um caso clínico que tive a oportunidade de comentar no Núcleo de Pesquisa em Psicose do Instituto de Psicanálise e Saúde Mental de Minas Gerais (IPSM-MG), filiado ao Campo Freudiano. Esse caso clínico, apresentado por Simone Gonçalves, traz como problema principal o transexualismo: o paciente quer fazer uma cirurgia e virar mulher. Minha hipótese é que o transexualismo é, nesse caso, um sintoma. Um sintoma que faz um percurso e que se transforma no decorrer do tratamento, de tal maneira que o resultado alcançado ultrapassa, a meu ver, a dimensão puramente terapêutica e nos ensina sobre o que pode ser considerado analítico no tratamento das psicoses.

I intend to argue in this text what we could to consider not only one result therapeutical, but still result psicanalítico, in what it concerns to the treatment of the psychoses, from I break up it of a clinical case that I had the chance to comment in the Nucleus of Research in Psychosis of the Institute of Psychoanalysis and Mental Health of Minas Gerais (IPSM-MG), filiado to the Freudiano Field. This in case that physician, presented for Simone Gonçalves, brings as main problem the transexualismo: the patient wants to make a surgery and to turn woman. My hypothesis is that the transexualismo is, in this in case that, a symptom. A symptom that makes a passage and that if it transforms into elapsing of the treatment, in such way that the reached result exceeds, in my opinion, the purely therapeutical dimension and in teaches them on what it can be considered analytical in the treatment of the psychoses.

Construir o caso clínico, a instituição enquanto exceção

O texto afirma que a apresentação social do sintoma mudou e, com isso, surgui a necessidade de modificação do trabalho clínico. Uma tentativa de resposta é a introdução do discurso analítico enquanto uma estratégia de intervenção clínica.
