Reflexões sobre a pesquisa e casos clínicos

Reflexões teóricas acerca dos paradigmas de pesquisa com avaliação dos avanços das ciências e das tecnologias. Destaca questões bioéticas relacionadas ao paradigma "pós-humano" e sobre a prática clinica em que indaga os objetivos da intervenção e da pesquisa. Metodologia: Pesquisa bibliográfica e análise crítica de textos. Resultados: considera que a pesquisa, assim como o trabalho clínico, tem uma função de fecundação do conhecimento, assimilando-o, transformando-o e devolvendo-o; do mesmo modo para o colaborador que, ao participar da investigação, oferecendo-se como sujeito, desnuda-se para o pesquisador e ao fazê-lo pode ouvir a própria voz; para o próprio pesquisador que ao refletir sobre sua questão, mergulha em um mundo de significados e possibilita a sua recriação. Desse modo, ele também se recria, e para os colegas que ao se debruçarem sobre a pesquisa encontram nela novas possibilidades de compreensão.

Theoretical reflections concerning the research paradigms with evaluation of the progresses in sciences and technologies. Emphasize bioethic questions in relation to the paradigm "posthuman" and on the practical medicine which in that it investigates the objectives of the intervention and of the research. Methodology: bibliographical research and critic analysis of the texts. Results: considering that the research, as well as the clinical work, has a fecundation function of the knowledge, assimilating, transforming and returning it; in the same way for the collaborator that, when participating in the investigation, offered himself as a subject, naked for the researcher and when it is done he can hear the own voice; for the own researcher that when contemplating about the question, it dives in a world of meanings and it makes possible the recreation. This way, he recreate himself, and for the colleges that when they base on his research find in it new understanding possibilities.

Analítica do Dasein e Daseinsalyse

Análise de construtos heideggerianos elaboradas nos seminários do final de 65, sobretudo a diferenciação entre os horizontes e as estruturações da analítica do Dasein e a Daseinsanalyse; críticas ao pensamento heideggeriano pela psicologia, psicopatologia e antropologia; clarificação inicial do lugar, numa acepção estritamente fenomenológica, em que Heidegger, desde o início, posiciona as determinações mais importantes e sugestivas destas críticas: a dependência com a metafísica e a necessidade da objetivação dos entes e, particularmente, do homem. Conclusão: sobre a relação entre a Daseinsanalyse e a analítica do Dasein é oportuno salientar que o modo no qual Heidegger realiza sua crítica, sem dúvida desconstrutiva, nos posicionamentos de Binswanger tem a motivação de proporcionar um acesso, bem mais consistente e conseqüente, aos núcleos da relação, sempre tensa nuançada, entre ontologia fundamental e antropologia filosófica.

Analysis of constructed heideggerians elaborated in the seminars in the end of 1965, above all the differentiation between the horizons and the Dasein's analytical structuring and Daseinsanalyze; critics to the heideggerian thought by the Psychology, psychopathology and anthropology; initial clarification of the place, in a strictly phenomenonlogic meaning, in that Heidegger, since the beginning, establish the most important and suggestive determinations of these critics: the dependence with the metaphysics and the need of the objectivation of the beings and, particularly, of men. Conclusion: about the relation between Daseinsanalyze and Dasein's analytical is opportune to point out that the way in which Heidegger accomplishes his critic, with no doubts unconstructive; in the Binswanger's positioning has the motivation of providing an access, much more solid and consequent, to the nuclei of the relation, always tense nuance, between fundamental ontology and philosophical anthropology.

A perspectiva de Carl Rogers acerca da resposta reflexa

Avaliação do legado de Rogers para o contexto da clínica psicológica e para a história da Psicologia como um todo. Analise da prática clínica Centrada na Pessoa, especificamente a Técnica terapêutica da resposta reflexa questionando o conceito de técnica e o papel da teoria, visando a reconfiguração da dialética entre ambas. Conclusão: na terapia não é o conteúdo, mas a qualidade da expressão o mais importante, bem como uma maior aproximação do indivíduo de "sua própria experienciação". A "resposta-reflexo" é uma excelente maneira de mostrar a realidade do sujeito a ele mesmo, de respeitar o seu interior como algo digno de confiança, de valor. Somente assim o cliente poderá perceber que responsabilidade e liberdade caminham juntas, reforçando a idéia de um processo psicoterapêutico que promove a autonomia e a liberdade do sujeito.

Evaluation of the Rogers's legacy for the psychological clinic context and for the history of Psychology altogether. Analysis of the clinical practice Focused on the Person, specifically the therapeutic technique of the reflex answer questioning the concept of the technique and the role of the theory, aiming at the reconfiguration of the dialectic between both. Conclusion: in the therapy it is not the content, but the quality of the expression the most important, as well as a larger approach of the individual of "the own experience." The "reflex answer" it is an excellent way to show the reality of the subject to himself, of respecting his interior as something trustworthy, of value. Only this way the customer can notice that responsibility and freedom walk together, reinforcing the idea of a psychotherapeutic process that promotes the autonomy and the subject's freedom.

Este texto discute sobre a instituição família nos dias atuais. Argumenta acerca do avanço do indivíduo e a redução dos espaços destinados ao coletivo no ambiente social da família, e sobre as relações contraditórias entre a família, o indivíduo e a sociedade na atualidade.

This text discusses the family institution today. Claims about the progress of the individual and the reduction of spaces for the collective in the social environment of family, and the contradictory relationship between the family, the individual and society at present.

A construção de uma relação de ajuda com portadores da Síndrome do Autismo

Este ensaio questiona a concepção clássica e o tratamento de crianças portadoras da síndrome do autismo, e propõe uma visão fenomenológica, oferecendo um novo suporte para abordar a questão da comunicação com portadores de autismo. Uma escuta sensível permite compreender essas crianças, e estabelecer com elas uma relação permeada pelo respeito e inclusão social.

This rehearsal questions the classic conception and the treatment of children with the autism and proposes a phenomenological view, offering a new support to approach the question of communication with the autism bearers. A sensitive listening allows understanding these children and establishing with them a relation permeated with respect and social inclusion.

Paternidade, violência e drogadição: limitações psicossociais à saúde

O texto avalia repercussões das várias formas de violência e a ausência do pai sobre as subjetividades dos filhos, atualmente construídas sob as marcas da secularização, perda de valor das hierarquias tradicionais e da autoridade familiar e comunitária. Método: pesquisa bibliográfica e análise crítica. Resultados: Critica a falta de um projeto de cuidado no âmbito das famílias, do estado, da escola. Sem educação profissional e trabalho, os jovens são obrigados a "alistar-se" nas fileiras do tráfico para garantir a sobrevivência e a aquisição de bens de consumo. A saúde psicológica mostra-se afetada pelas vertentes do fenômeno violência, resultante do caos que o estado e a família vivenciam. Conclusão: as ponderações sobre a Paternidade, Violência e Drogadição mostram-se oportunas para a elaboração de projetos de pesquisa e intervenção em saúde. A Psicologia e a Terapia Ocupacional contribuem para o enfrentamento de algumas repercussões psicológicas e no desempenho ocupacional das subjetividades infanto-juvenil.

The text evaluates repercussions of different forms of violence and the father's absence about the children's subjectivities, now built under the marks of the secularization, loss of valor of the traditional hierarchies and of the family and community authority. Method: bibliographical research and critic analysis. Results: Criticize the lack of a care project in the ambit of the families, of the state, of the school. Without professional education and work, the youths are forced "to enlist" in the rows of the traffic to guarantee the survival and the acquisition of consumer goods. The psychological health is shown affected for the slopes of the phenomenon violence resultant of the chaos that the state and the family live. Conclusion: The considerations about the Paternity, Violence and chemical dependence are shown opportune for the elaboration of research projects and intervention in health. The Psychology and the Occupational therapy contribute to facing of some psychological repercussions and in the occupational acting of the infant-juvenile subjectivities.

A psicopatologia infantil vista pelos professores: necessidades de intervenção psicológica em crianças do primeiro ciclo

Pesquisa das necessidades de intervenção psicológica em crianças em idade escolar. Estudo abrangendo os professores das escolas do primeiro ciclo da cidade de Évora, em Portugal, correspondendo a uma população total 1278 alunos. Verificou-se haver uma percentagem de 15,26 % de crianças em relação às quais os professores referem haver necessidade de intervenção psicológica de algum tipo. Foi utilizado o TRF (Achenbach, 1991) com um grupo de 170 destas crianças, para conhecer quais os comportamentos que levam os professores a considerarem mais necessária tal intervenção, comparando-se os resultados com os de outros estudos. Foi feito também o estudo factorial dos dados obtidos, de forma a verificar de que modo os comportamentos problemáticos identificados se relacionam com as grandes dimensões da psicopatologia infantil, uma vez que o inventário utilizado foi concebido para permitir não só a identificação de comportamentos, mas também de síndromes correspondentes ás perturbações do desenvolvimento.

Research of the necessities of psychological intervention in children in pertaining to school age. Study enclosing the professors of the schools of the first cycle of the city of Évora, in Portugal, corresponding to a total population 1278 pupils. It was verified to have a percentage of 15,26 % of children in relation to which the professors relate to have necessity of psychological intervention of some type. The TRF (Achenbach, 1991) with a group of 170 of these children was used, to know which the behaviors that take the professors to consider more necessary such intervention, comparing itself the results with the ones of other studies. The factorial study of the gotten data was also made, of form to verify of that way the identified problematic behaviors if relate with the great dimensions of the infantile psychopathologic, a time that the used inventory was conceived to not only allow the identification of behaviors, but also of corresponding syndromes ace disturbances of the development.

Perspectiva social e projetiva das representações gráficas da família em crianças paraenses

As mudanças que se processam ao longo do tempo no funcionamento e composição do grupo familiar, com relação à tradição, sobretudo na classe de baixa renda, propõem uma discussão sobre a permanência da representação convencional da família. Paralelamente discute-se também as variações do sistema familiar em função da cultura e a importância das mudanças processadas ao longo do tempo. Estes problemas são a origem deste estudo, que explorou as projeções efetuadas nos desenhos da família de 216 crianças paraenses. Seu desempenho indica que o modelo de família nuclear ainda está em vigor na versão infantil do grupo familiar, porém a percepção do funcionamento deste, que envolve a atuação de seus membros, não é conservadora e varia relativamente em função do sexo e da classe sócio-econômica dos sujeitos. As diferenciadas valorizações dos membros não afetaram a escolha convencional do modelo identificatório, que atende as expectativas sociais para cada sexo.

The changes which happened through the time in the performing and arrangement of the family group, in comparison with the traditional one, mainly in the economic low class, propose some discussion about the permanence of conventional familiar representation. On top of that it is likewise important to discuss the familiar system variations as a consequence of culture and the importance of changes through the time. These problems are the source of this investigation. It explored the projections produced by 216 native children of Para.Your acting indicates that the model of nuclear family is still in force in the infantile version of the family group, however the perception of the operation of this, that it involves the performance of your members, it is not conservative and it varies relatively in function of the sex and of the socioeconomic class of these. The valorizations different of the members didn't affect the conventional choice of the model identification that assists the social expectations for each sex.

Considerações fenomenológicas acerca da disfunção erétil

Relatório de pesquisa de orientação fenomenológica centrada na pessoa. A pesquisa foi realizada com quatro participantes com idades variando entre vinte dois e trinta anos, pertencentes a diferentes níveis sócio-econômicos, de escolaridade nível superior, completo e incompleto, que já sofreram episódios de disfunção erétil, ocasionalmente. Roteiro semiestruturado constituído de um texto e duas questões. O pesquisador fez a leitura com cada participante, visando: orientá-los sobre o roteiro semi-estruturado, a redação do depoimento e estimular um clima de maior tranqüilidade e espontaneidade para que os participantes pudessem se expressar livremente. Uma conclusão foi que a maioria dos depoimentos indica que o homem se engaja em relacionamentos sexuais muitas vezes sem estar realmente motivado e se submete ao ato sexual muito mais pelos anseios da parceira ou pela pressão de seu ambiente social (amigos, família, mídia), do que pela sua própria vontade, não tendo assim oportunidade de ser autêntico e de respeitar seus próprios limites de expressão sexual.

Report of research of orientation phenomenologycal centered in the person. The research was accomplished with four participants with ages varying between twenty two and thirty years, belonging to different socioeconomic levels, of education level superior, complete and incomplete, that they already suffered episodes of erectile dysfunction, occasionally. Route semi-structured constituted of a text and two subjects.The researcher made the reading with each participant, seeking: to guide on them the semi-structured route, the composition of the deposition and to stimulate a climate of larger peacefulness and spontaneity so that the participants could be expressed freely. A conclusion was that most of the depositions indicates that the man is engaged in sexual relationships many times without being really motivated and he undergoes the sexual act much more for the partner's longings or for the pressure of your social atmosphere (friends, family, media), that for your own will, doesn't tend like this opportunity to be authentic and of respecting your own limits of sexual expression.

Noção corporal de crianças pré-escolares: uma proposta psicomotora

Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir a importância das atividades psicomotoras no desenvolvimento da noção corporal (imagem e esquema corporal) infantil. Participaram desta pesquisa quatro crianças pré-escolares (com idade entre 04 e 05 anos). Inicialmente foi solicitado que as crianças desenhassem a si mesmas (desenho da figura humana) em uma folha. Em seguida foram desenvolvidas diversas atividades psicomotoras que estimularam a noção corporal. Ao final dessa prática, foi solicitado que as crianças se desenhassem novamente. As atividades psicomotoras foram analisadas destacando-se os aspectos estimulados, como a imagem e o esquema corporal. Os desenhos da figura humana foram comparados entre os desenhos iniciais e finais de cada criança. Os resultados demonstram que as atividades psicomotoras utilizadas contribuíram com o desenvolvimento da noção corporal verificada através do aumento no número de detalhes (partes do corpo) inseridos no desenho final, bem como aumento no tamanho do desenho.

The objective of this work was to discuss the importance of the psychomotricity activity on the development of body perception (image and body scheme). Participated of the research four preschoolers children (ages between 04 and 05 years-old). Initially it was asked the children to draw themselves (picture of human figure) in a clear paper. Then it was performed many psychomotricity activities to stimulate body perception. At the end of practice, the children had drawn themselves again. The psychomotricity activities were analyzed highlighting the aspects that they stimulated, like body scheme and space orientation. The draws of human figure were compared among the initials and the finals for each child. The results demonstrated that the psychomotricity activities contributed to the good development of body perception verified in increased details of final draws.

Brinquedos adaptados para crianças com Paralisia Cerebral

Este trabalho objetivou verificar a interferência da Tecnologia Assistiva no brincar da criança com Paralisia Cerebral, patologia que ocasiona déficits nos componentes de desempenho, causando dependência na realização das atividades básicas como o brincar, restringindo as oportunidades lúdicas. Desse modo, realizou-se intervenção da qual participaram três crianças com Paralisia Cerebral atendidas no Núcleo de Desenvolvimento em Tecnologia Assistiva e Acessibilidade (NEDETA), com idades entre cinco e dez anos. Inicialmente realizou-se avaliação, por meio de protocolos. Com base nesses dados, foram confeccionados recursos de Tecnologia Assistiva, a fim de minorar a dependência de pessoas com deficiência, tais como brinquedos adaptados e acionadores. Após a intervenção e período de uso, aplicou-se protocolos para avaliação do impacto da Tecnologia Assistiva no desempenho do brincar e a satisfação do usuário, sendo os dados apresentados de forma descritiva e analisados qualitativamente. Obteve-se como resultados menor dependência do adulto na utilização dos brinquedos e maior interação com outras crianças, havendo também maior satisfação durante o uso dos equipamentos, sendo estes favoráveis para o desenvolvimento do livre brincar. Pode-se afirmar que o trabalho contribuiu para o referencial teórico da Terapia Ocupacional apresentando, ainda, protocolos relacionados à temática, uma vez que estes são pouco divulgados na literatura brasileira.

This study aimed to verify the interference of Assistive Technology in the play of children with cerebral palsy, and this condition causes deficits in performance components, causing dependence on the performance of basic activities such as play, limiting recreational opportunities. Thus, there was action in which three children with cerebral palsy treated at Center for Development in Assistive Technology and Accessibility (NEDETA), aged between five and ten years. Initially there was an evaluation, by means of protocols. On this basis, were up resources for Assistive Technology, to reduce the dependency of people with disabilities, such as toy drives and adapted. After intervention and period of use was applied protocols for assessing the impact of Assistive Technology in the performance of the play and user satisfaction, and the data presented in a descriptive way and analyzed qualitatively. Returned as results are less dependent on the use of adult toys and more interaction with other children, but also greater satisfaction during the use of equipment, which are favorable for the development of free play. You can say that the work contributed to the theoretical framework of Occupational Therapy also has protocols related to the topic, since they are poorly distributed in the Brazilian literature.
