Desatando o Ato Médico

Ato Médico é o nome dado a projetos de lei atualmente em tramitação no Congresso Nacional. Ele se constitui em um dos temas mais polêmicos para as profissões de saúde - inclusive a psicologia - sendo alvo constante de manifestações e protestos. Ainda assim, estudos sobre os projetos são escassos e grande parte das produções que o criticam, o fazem de modo infundado. Este ensaio tem como objetivos: (1) esclarecer a origem e a história da criação desses projetos, (2) analisar alguns pontos dos projetos que teriam implicações à classe dos psicólogos, esclarecendo se eles interferem, ou não, nas atividades da profissão; (3) apontar sugestões de melhoria na redação do projeto que está em análise no Congresso, que minimizariam interpretaçoes controversas e (4) discutir os principais vieses presentes nas críticas feitas aos projetos, na visão dos autores. Por fim, instigamos a necessidade de maior atenção à regulamentação da própria carreira de psicólogo.

Medical Act is the name given to a group of bill projects currently under study in Congress. It is one of the most polemic discussion themes to all health care professionals - psychology including -, constant target of demonstrations and claims against it. Yet, studies about these projects are scarce and most material criticizing it presents unfounded arguments. In this essay, we have the current goals: (1) clarifying upon the origin and history of these projects, (2) analyzing some of the most relevant project aspects wit consequences to the psychology profession, clarifying if they interfere, or not, in its activities (3) pointing suggestions to improve the bill's compositions ,in currency study in Congress, that could minimize interpretation issues and (4) discussing the main critics' biases made to these projects, in the authors' opinions. Finally, instigate for the necessity of a greater attention to our same psychologist career regulations.

A gênese do conceito de resistência na psicanálise

Neste ensaio, são exploradas as condições em que o conceito de resistência se constituiu na psicanálise. Para investigar a gênese do conceito, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica nos escritos iniciais de Freud, de onde se depreendeu diferenciados usos do termo 'resistência', apresentados como 'a resistência da doença', 'a resistência do organismo', 'a resistência à hipnose e à sugestão', 'a constituição do conceito psicanalítico' e 'a concepção neurológica'. Partindo destas diferentes concepções de resistência que conviveram no pensamento de Freud, quando a psicanálise ainda encontrava-se em gestação, o autor discute em que medida se pode traçar uma genealogia deste conceito na psicanálise, sugerindo que este reúne características de todos os diferentes usos do conceito feitos por Freud, os quais tiveram sua influência na constituição do conceito psicanalítico de resistência. O autor ainda traz à reflexão questões como a legitimidade da resistência na psicanálise e a sua relação com o binômio saúde-doença.

In this essay, it is explored the conditions in which the concept of resistance was constituted in psychoanalysis. To investigate the genesis of the concept, the author made a bibliographic research on the first writings of Freud, where it was acknowledged different uses of the word 'resistance', presented as 'resistance of the disease', 'resistance of the organism', 'resistance to hypnosis and suggestion', 'the constitution of the psychoanalytical concept' and 'the neurological conception'. Standing from these different conceptions of resistance that lived together in the thought of Freud, the author discusses in what measure we can outline a genealogy of this concept, suggesting that it gathers characteristics of all the different uses made by Freud of the word, which had their influence in the constitution of the psychoanalytical concept of resistance. The author also brings to consideration the legitimacy of resistance on psychoanalysis and its relation to the binomial health-disease.

Operação Ensaio: Por uma estética da resistência

Este artigo esboça uma relação possível entre as ideias de resistência, ética e estética contidas na obra Foucaultiana. Isto, para pensar as potencialidades do exercício da pesquisa acadêmica vinculada ao contexto social em que se insere. Pretendia utilizar-me do ensaio como modo discursivo que privilegia a invenção, o inusitado, ou melhor, o pensar que não é prévio, mas que se faz no ato mesmo da escrita. Entendi este ensaio, portanto, como experiência - oportunidade de descobrir este novo gênero e, ao mesmo tempo, de me aventurar por ele.

This article outlines a possible relationship among the ideas of resistance, aesthetics and ethics in the Foucault's work, thinking the potential of the academic research related to the social context in which it belongs. I intend to use the essay focusing on discursive invention, the unusual, or better, the thinking that is not prior, but it is even in the act of writing. I believe this essay, therefore, as experience - the opportunity to discover this new genre.

O serviço de atenção à saúde mental aos trabalhadores do sistema prisional

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de discutir a constituição de um modelo de atenção à saúde mental para os trabalhadores do sistema prisional. Ainda, propõe uma estratégia de atenção à saúde mental que se caracteriza pela participação de elementos externos à instituição prisional organizando uma prática psicoterápica de orientação breve e acolhimento à emergências em saúde mental. Para sua realização, utilizou-se a pesquisa-ação que possibilitou a caracterização das relações institucionais. Os resultados indicaram o uso preponderante da cisão, do recalcamento e da denegação como mecanismos defensivos preponderantes do coletivo de trabalho. Ainda, destacou-se a vivência de sofrimento psíquico oriundo da impossibilidade de encontrar a ressonância simbólica na prática profissional em razão da desefetivação da função instituinte. O acolhimento ao sofrimento psíquico permitiu a discussão dos entraves institucionais e a distinção entre a singularidade do sofrimento dos trabalhadores e o aparelhamento de defesas na relação com o trabalho.

This research aims to discuss the establishment of a mental health care model for prison system workers. Furthermore, a mental health care strategy is proposed that is characterized by the participation of elements external to the prison institution, organizing short-orientation psychotherapy and welcoming mental health emergencies. Action-research was used to perform the study, permitting the characterization of institutional relations. The results indicated the use of rupture, repression and denial as the preponderant defensive mechanisms of the work group. Also, the experience of mental suffering was highlighted, deriving from the impossibility of finding symbolic resonance in professional practice due to the elimination of the founding function. Welcoming mental suffering permitted the discussion of institutional deadlocks and the distinction between the singularity of workers' suffering and the equipping of defenses in the relation with work.

Sobre geração, cuidado e amor: uma compreensão de "Sonata de Outono"

O presente trabalho pretende uma leitura do filme de Ingmar Bergman "Sonata de Outono" (1978), com foco na relação mãe-filha, tendo em vista que esta relação possui uma marca diferenciada: está referida a questão da origem. Através de uma compreensão da relação das personagens apresentadas no filme, deparamo-nos com considerações acerca da geração, do cuidado e do amor, temas concebidos como possibilidades de ser do homem.

The present study aims the comprehension of Ingmar Bergman's film "Autumn Sonata" (1978), focusing on a distinguished aspect of the mother-daughter relationship, the origin. Through an understanding of the bounds of the characters featured in the film, we are faced with considerations about generation, care and love; the themes are conceived as man's possibilities of being.

Etiology and Treatment of Cocaine Addictive Disorder

Addictive disorders are considered one of the main problems facing society today. In this article an elaboration will be made on the etiology, mechanisms of action and treatment of cocaine addictive disorder by unraveling its impacts on society and the human body. The drug cocaine will be used as a role model for explaining addictive disorders. After an introduction the reader will be guided towards medical aspects of addictive disorders, where history, toxicity, manifestations of toxicity and the mechanisms of action of cocaine are explained. The second part discusses the social aspects of the addiction to cocaine. The relation between cocaine and Anti-Social Personality Disorder are unraveled followed by issues such as priming, stress and relapse. Also the extent of the relationship between drug usage and addiction are explained, as well as the psychological and pharmaceutical treatment methods for addictive disorders widely applied today.

Entre o gozo e a rememoração: sobre a (im)possibilidade de se tecer uma memória na contemporaneidade

O presente artigo visa a caracterização das condições de (im)possibilidade e especificidades de uma memória constituída no cerne de uma ordem social como a contemporânea. Valendo-nos de um diagnóstico que entende a economia libidinal própria de uma sociedade de consumo como estruturada em prol de modalidades de gozo patentemente perversas, com implicações no próprio modo de se experienciar o tempo, traçamos, em um primeiro momento, a relação entre as especificidades da configuração do laço social contemporâneo e a impossibilidade de tessitura de uma memória. Entendendo tal conceito na articulação da experiência benjaminiana com os processos da rememoração como delineado pela psicanálise, realizamos ao fim alguns comentários sobre a pretensa memória presente numa "atração" televisiva. Termina-se por mostrar como essa memória objetivada realiza a exclusão do sujeito que dela participa pela sua configuração enquanto imagem interessada que apenas possibilita uma distensão da fugaz experiência própria à posição de telespectador.

This article aims to characterize the conditions of (im)possibility and specificities of a memory constituted in the core of a social order as the contemporary. Making use of a diagnosis that considers the proper libidinal economy of a consumption society as structured in favor of forms of enjoyment patently perverse, with implications for the very way of experiencing time, we delineate, at first, the relationship between the specificities of the configuration of contemporary social bond and the impossibility of setting up a memory. Understanding this concept in a articulation of the Benjamin's "experience" and the processes of remembering as outlined by psychoanalysis, we weave, at least, some comments on the alleged memory present in a television’s "show". It ends up by showing how this objectified memory performs the deletion of the subject who participates in it by its setting as an interested image that only allows a distension of the fleeting experience of the position of viewer.
