Ética y herejía

Toda sistematización de las normas sociales y el arreglo de sus instituciones, constituyen el fundamento de cualquier orden colectivo. Pero no puede desconocerse que el fundamento de tal fundamento, es la estructura del lenguaje y la equivocidad irreductible de las palabras. A partir de tal axioma, el autor propone que hay una relación lógica disyunta, de exclusión entre, por un lado, el comportamiento moral o religioso sostenido en la obediencia a las prescripciones del sistema normativo, y por el otro, el acto ético donde el sujeto asume la responsabilidad de interpretar, y con ello de elegir, el sentido, necesariamente ambiguo, de la regla a cumplir.

All systematization of social norms and the settlement of their institutions are the foundation of any collective order . But it can not be denied that the foundation of such a foundation is the structure of language and irreducible ambiguity of words. From this axiom, the author proposes that there is a logical relationship disjunct, exclusion between, on the one hand, moral or religious behavior held in obedience to the requirements of the regulatory system, and on the other, the ethical act where the subject assumes the responsibility to interpret, and therefore choose, a necessarily ambiguous meaning of the rule.

A sistematização das normas sociais e resolução de suas instituições, são a base de qualquer ordem coletiva. Mas não se pode negar que a fundação de tal fundação, é a estrutura da linguagem e a ambiguidade irredutível das palavras. A partir deste axioma, o autor propõe a existência de uma relação disjuntiva lógica, exclusão entre, por um lado, o comportamento moral ou religiosa realizada em obediência aos requisitos do sistema regulatório, e, por outro, o ato ético, a partir do qual o sujeito assume a responsabilidade de interpretar e, com isso, eleger o sentido necessariamente ambíguo da regra a cumprir.

A history of trauma

O autor faz um passeio pelo campo dos estudos sobre o trauma, campo inaugurado, a seu ver, pelos trabalhos de Cathy Caruth, identificando divergências importantes entre os autores que se dedicaram ao tema, como a própria Caruth, Ruth Leys, Giorgio Agamben, Bessel van der Kolk, Primo Levi e Robert Antelme. Delineando suas próprias posições, o autor insiste em um desejo geral de testemunhar, toma como exemplos textos de Marguerite Duras, o "Arrebatamento de Lol V. Stein", e de Robert Antelme, "A Espécie Humana", e conclui que tanto Duras como Antelme confirmam, em seus livros, a primazia de uma decisão ética de testemunhar, ou via ficção, ou via documentário.

The author surveys the field of trauma studies, a field that, he argues, was launched by Cathy Caruth. He identifies crucial differences among the main authors who have discussed the issue after Caruth, like Ruth Leys, Giorgio Agamben, Bessel van der Kolk, Primo Levi and Robert Antelme. Outlining his own position that insists on a general wish to testify, the author takes as examples texts by Marguerite Duras, "The Ravishing of Lol Stein", and by Robert Antelme, "The Human Species", to conclude that Duras and Antelme confirm the primacy of an ethical decision to testify either via fiction or via documentary.

What is inscribed is which is transmitted: writing, style and transmission

O objetivo deste trabalho é abordar a questão da transmissão da psicanálise em sua dimensão mais ampla. Por se posicionar de forma eticamente diferenciada do discurso sustentado pela ciência - que ambiciona abarcar o saber completo ao controlar até mesmo as suas lacunas - a psicanalise aposta justamente em um espaço no qual o vazio possui um papel essencial. É a partir dele que a psicanálise se abre para o sujeito dividido, aquele que semi-diz, aquele que é dividido entre verdade e saber, entre desejo e gozo: o sujeito do inconsciente. Por isso, a psicanálise necessita também de um posicionamento diferenciado na transmissão de seus conceitos, que tocam justamente o irrepresentável e a incapacidade das palavras expressarem as coisas por completo. É neste contexto que a questão da escritura adquire um papel essencial no saber psicanalítico, sobretudo a partir do conceito lacaniano da letra, um borrão que se dá entre o simbólico e o real, capaz de tocar o irrepresentável e transmitir algo dele, por um estilo.

The aim of this paper is to approach psychoanalysis' transmission, considering its maximum amplitude. Psychoanalysis has an ethical position that is different of the discourse of science -that aims complete knowledge, and to get this its control, even its gaps and failures -psychoanalysis invests on a path where the empty has an essential role. On this path, Psychoanalysis is opened for the divided subject, the one that half-says, divided between what is true and knowledge, joy and desire: the unconscious subject. Psychoanalysis needs a different ethical position that is related with the transmission of its concepts, which reveals the unrepresentability of the words. In this context, the theme of the writing is essential for the psychoanalytical knowledge, even with the Lacanian concept of the letter, a blur that is between the real and the symbolic, capable of touching the unrepresentable and transmitting something of it, through a style.

Freud's Moses and Lacan's Joyce

É conhecido o fato de que Freud, através do conceito de verdade histórica, em oposição ao de verdade material, descontrói a história de Moisés e do advento da religião monoteísta. O objetivo deste trabalho é pôr essa desconstrução de Freud em relação com o modo como Lacan vê a escrita de James Joyce, aparentemente destinada apenas ao equívoco, como um expediente para barrar o acontecimento histórico enquanto tal ou a história dos historiadores como possibilidade.

It is known that Freud deconstructs the history of Moses and the advent of monotheism through the concept of historical truth, as opposed to material truth. The aim of this work is to put this deconstruction in relation to the way Lacan sees Joyce's writing, apparently destined to equivocity, as an expedient to obstruct historical event as an event or the history of historians as a possibility.

Che vuoi?: The psychoanalytic ethics beyond ending line

Este texto aborda algumas nuanças da tragédia vivida por Antígona, contrapondo-a ao aniquilamento do sujeito contemporâneo operado pelo discurso capitalista, e situando assim, para além da Ética que visa um bem segundo um imperativo kantiano, a Ética psicanalítica -ética regida pela dialética do desejo, a única que pode pautar o analista em sua práxis, e a única capaz de resgatar o sujeito contemporâneo do seu apagamento.

This paper addresses some of the nuances of the tragedy experienced by Antigone, in contrast to the annihilation of the contemporary subject, operated by capitalist discourse. Standing this way well beyond Ethics, which aims a wellness according to a Kantian imperative, the psychoanalytic Ethics - governed by the dialectic of desire, the only capable of guiding the analyst in his practice, and the only able to rescue the contemporary subject from erasure.

**A theoretical and conceptual review about the ethics of psychoanalysis and social bond**

Por meio da leitura do Seminário livro VII, a ética da psicanálise de Jacques Lacan e partindo de certas concepções psicanalíticas de cunho antropológico, este trabalho examina a psicanálise em sua relação ao campo social desenvolvendo, primeiramente, a ideia de laço social em psicanálise. Em seguida, contextualiza-se o aparecimento da ética do desejo para promover um entendimento mais claro da relação entre a conduta analítica e o laço social e, consequentemente, apreender de que maneira uma psicanálise atua necessariamente tendo como pano de fundo o campo social.

Based on the reading of the text Seminar VII, The Ethics of Psychoanalysis by Jacques Lacan, and on certain psychoanalytic concepts related to anthropology, this paper examines Psychoanalysis in its relation with the social field, developing firstly the idea of social bond in Psychoanalysis. After that, it contextualizes the appearance of the ethics of desire to promote a clearer understanding of the relation between the analytical conduct and the social bond and therefore realize how Psychoanalysis necessarily operates, having as background the social field.

An aesthetic proposition for the perverse lust

O presente trabalho procura articular questões relacionadas entre um caso clínico e os elementos metapsicológicos pensados a partir dele em torno da questão da perversão e de sua sustentação. Um dos propósitos consiste em, através de um primeiro giro, localizar o tipo de desafio pertinente à montagem perversa. Para isto, propõe-se um diálogo com alguns trabalhos escritos sobre o tema por Freud, Aulagnier, Lacan e Ferraz, construindo assim o tecido em que os apontamentos são feitos para então, a partir do caso clínico, pensar nos sentidos de sua montagem. A leitura aqui cotejada diz respeito ao ideal estético da fantasia perversa, que erige um monumento à recusa (Verleugnung), transformando o horror da castração em valor a ser cultuado e, para isso, convocando uma testemunha.

The following paper tries to articulate the aspects related to a clinical case and the metapsychological elements highlighted in it, regarding the issue of perversion and its foundations. One of the purposes consists in, at a first approach, locate the sort of challenge that regards the perverse assemblage. In order to do that, this research proposes a dialogue with some studies on the subject by Freud, Aulagnier, Lacan and Ferraz, thus building the base upon which the comments can be made. This way it is possible to think, based on the clinical case, the purposes of such assemblage. The perspective considered here regards the aesthetic ideal in the perverse fantasy, which erects a monumento to refusal (Verleugnung), thus turning the horror of castration into a value to be honored and, in order to do so, it invites a witness to watch this scene.

The enunciation of femininity in Hitchcock's Rebecca

O artigo visa delinear o modo como se dá a enunciação da feminilidade em "Rebecca", de Hitchcock. Com esse fim em vista, toma como matéria empírica não apenas a narrativa fílmica em questão, mas também dois aspectos do contexto em que ela se insere: a filmografia hitchcockiana e o cinema para mulheres dos anos 1940. A hipótese deste trabalho é que, por meio de sua protagonista, "Rebecca" encena a trajetória de uma mulher rumo à inscrição simbólica. Em contrapartida, a personagem Rebecca encarna, na feminilidade, aquilo que insiste em não se inscrever, um excesso de gozo que se enlaça ao discurso fílmico por meio do que o filósofo Slavoj Zizek nomeia "sinthoma" hitchcockiano.

The article aims to outline the way the enunciation of femininity emerges in Hitchcock's "Rebecca". Having this objective in mind, the empirical matter is not only the filmic narrative but also two aspects from the context it is part of: Hitchcockian filmography and woman's film of the 1940s. Our working hypothesis is that, through its protagonist, "Rebecca" enacts the trajectory of a woman towards symbolic inscription. On the other hand, the character Rebecca embodies things in femininity that insist in not inscribing themselves, an excess of joy that connects to the filmic discourse through what the philosopher Slavoj Zizec calls Hitchcockian "sinthome".

Kandinsky, researcher of psychology and art

A relação entre o artista russo Vassili Kandinsky e a psicologia é apresentada através da identificação de conceitos psicológicos presentes em seus escritos, como o binômio consciente/inconsciente e a ideia do efeito psicológico da arte. Destaca-se igualmente sua atuação no "Instituto de Cultura Artística" e na "Academia de Ciências Artísticas", instituições criadas na Rússia logo após a revolução bolchevique, nas quais realizou pesquisas de caráter empírico e desempenhou funções administrativas.

This article presents the relationship between the Russian artist Vassili Kandinsky and Psychology through the identification of psychological concepts in his writings, such as the ideas of conscious/unconscious and the psychological effect of the work of art. Psychology is also an important subject linked to Kandinsky's participation in the Institute of Artistic Culture and in the Academy of Artistic Sciences, created after the Bolshevik revolution. In these institutions, the artist developed empirical researches and played administrative roles.

Anorexia, religión y maternidad: un estudo de caso

En este trabajo se propone un análisis del caso de B. para reflexionar sobre la "santa anorexia". Conflicto narcisista pureza, estética y divinidad que aparecen velados por la culpa y el vacío. Tomando el caso de B. como eje central se entretejen discursos y teoría con la intención de profundizar en la dinámica implicada entre deseo y su nada. Ella experimenta un cuerpo que le parece ajeno: templo de Dios, objeto habitado por el pecado que ha de redimir con la inanición como posibilidad de sacrificio inmediato. El espacio analítico se presenta como una posibilidad para transformar el discurso que impera en la vida de B.

This paper presents an analysis of the case of B. to reflect on the concept of "holy anorexia". It is a narcissistic conflict in which purity, beauty and divinity appear veiled by guilt and emptiness. The case of B. is taken as a central axis from which discourses and theory are interwoven with the intention to delve into the dynamics involved between desire and nothing. She experiences an alienated body: temple of God, object inhabited by sin that might be redeemed in starvation as a possibility of immediate amendment. This analysis is presented as an opportunity to challenge the discourse that prevails in the life of B.

Em este trabalho se propõe uma analise do caso de B. para refletir sobre a "santa anorexia". Conflito narcísico, pureza, estética e divindade que aparecem velados pela culpa e o vazio. Tomando o caso de B. como eixo central se entretecem discursos e teoria com a intenção de aprofundar na dinâmica envolvida entre desejo e sua nada. Ela experimenta um corpo que lhe parece alheio: templo de Deus, objeto habitado pelo pecado que há de remir com a inanição como possibilidade de sacrifício imediato. O espaço analítico apresenta-se como uma possibilidade para introduzir uma mudança no discurso que impera na vida de B.

Beyond nine months: a reflection on eating disorders during pregnancy and puerperium

Discutem-se os Transtornos Alimentares (TAs) durante o ciclo gravídico-puerperal a partir da abordagem do elemento corporal na constituição do aparelho psíquico. As possíveis causas e consequências desses transtornos no psiquismo das gestantes são analisadas á luz da teoria psicanalítica. Partindo do pressuposto que a gravidez é um momento de mudanças significativas nas representações físicas, psíquicas e sociais da mulher, os autores sugerem que os níveis mais profundos do psiquismo e da memória corporal materna são ativados na dinâmica psíquica da mulher grávida.

This paper discusses the eating disorders that may occur during the pregnancy puerperal period, taking into account the impact that the bodily element has in the constitution of the psychic apparatus. The possible causes and consequences that such disorders have upon the psyche of a pregnant woman are analyzed in the light of psychoanalytic theory. Starting from the assumption that pregnancy is a time of significant change in a woman's physical, psychic and social representations, the authors suggest that the deepest levels of maternal psyche and bodily memory are activated in the dynamic psychic of a pregnant woman.
