The mortality rate is high and often they need hospitalization, interventions and even surgery. Parental care is fundamental for child's recovery and support for the proper recovery of the child. This transversal research aims to detect coping strategies adopted by parents, during the child's hospitalization, and compare differences between parents' gender.
