Abstract

This study was made in order to verify how important are the motivational strategies for the use of teachers, from de judgement of undergraduate students in an Administration night course maintained by a private institution. The sample included 50 students both male and female of 2°. year of the course and the instument was a questionnaire based on the mentioned strategies. The results indicate that the instrument was shown relatively appropriate to the objective. Considerated in groups, the most valued strategies were the destinated to supporting students confidence as learners and stimulating students motivation to learn. Individually, the favorite strategies were: diversify the type of learning activities; combine theoretical and practical activities that results in concrect products; regularly demonstrate pleasure and enthusiasm for what they teach; teaching to focus the thinking in the questions presented. It discusses the importancy of the utilization of every groups and gives suggestions for that.
