Abstract

COLLI, Fernando Anthero Galvão  and  AMANCIO, Valéria. Keep on going to the bridge crossing (following the school experience of a pervasive developmental disorders child). Estilos clin. [online]. 2000, vol.5, n.9, pp.69-81. ISSN 1415-7128.

This article discusses one practice of school experience assistance with pervasive developmental disorders child (PDD). The purpose of this work is to show how this process could promote important changes in the child's treatment and also the way she is watched by the teacher and school. How, from this new and enlarged view which sustains the difference, could it be highlighted: the question of recognizing the singularity of each one from her special class friends and one demand for changes in educational practice of this school.

Keywords : PDD; special education; infantile psychosis; inclusion.
