The empirical corpus was produced through a focus group, interviews and participant observations. From the treatment of the material, the analysis was divided into three moments: power to acting; learning and development; political praxis These three moments identify with the three dimensions of our theoretical proposal: field of potency. The field of potency is characterized as a space / time in which it favors a) the event of good encounters; b) the production of democratic and democratizing subjectivities and relations; and c) the realization of creative and reflexive political praxis.
