The present research analyzed the psychometric property of reliability of three methods, test re-tests, "internal consistence" and 2-tailed test, in a homogeneous sample. Took 14 careers of children inpatients of the pediatric intensive care unit part of this research, the applications of the test-retest had occurred on the second day of the child's internment; between the fifth and sixth day; a week later the doctor release and a month later of it. The results of the internal consistence, using the Cronbach alpha coefficients were compared with other researches that used bigger samples than this and demonstrated to vary from adequate to excellent, when compared to the recommended international psychometrics parameters. The indexes of test re-tests of Spearman vary from good to excellent and the indexes of 2-tailed test, calculated for Spearman-Brown and Guttman were also considered excellent. The small size of the sample causes a careful evaluation of these results, creating the need of new researches with bigger samples.
