Abstract

VIDAL, Manola. Discharge and rehospitalization of preterm infants: a reflection on access to health services. Mental [online]. 2011, vol.9, n.17, pp.537-558. ISSN 1679-4427.

Investigate the maternal emotional reactions against dischargue and rehospitalization of premature babies born from its analysis by linking them with access to services for assistance in setting the Unified Health System. The concept of primary maternal preoccupation was used to understand the state of maternal mood in the puerperium. The results show that the existence of a comprehensive distance by the hospital's requirements and practical situations experienced by mothers and their babies at home. The insertion of egress from the Intensive Care Unit Neonatology in primary care is provided through an experience away from the social role advocated by the Unified Health System.
