This paper aims to analyze the relevance of Alexandre Koyré's science doctrine not only as the formalization of lacanian subject theory, but also as a ground to a clinic that follows the social context characterized by the advances in biochemistry in an approach to psychic functioning. The reading of the writings and seminars of Lacan's "first teaching", which asks for a return to Freud's thinking way, confront the reader with important coordinates that ensure the specificity of psychoanalysis relation to the positivist ideal of science. Therefore, the hypothesis in this paper is that koyrean science doctrine not only underlies Lacan's "first teaching" formalization program of the concept of unconscious as an structure as it allows to think the psychoanalysis as a resistance to the biological model that redirect psychiatry from the years 1950.
