GONZAGA, Katherinne Rozy Vieira  and  ANDRADE, Fernando Cézar Bezerra de. Place of speech: psychoanalysis and management faculty of indiscipline. Estud. psicanal. [online]. 2012, n.38, pp.89-96. ISSN 0100-3437.

The management of disruptive situations for pedagogic students in school is a significant problem, which, however, is not generally considered in the continuing education of educators. Understanding the discipline as a conflict situation in the relational school, poorly managed, can escalate into violence, raised the hypothesis that establish a place of speech in the group of teachers produces subjective effects on teachers involved in handling these situations. This article presents the place of speech in its size group and its influence on improving the management of teaching situations of indiscipline students. This is illustrated from the case of a fragment of the teachers participating in a focus group on the management of indiscipline, whose main purpose was to provide a place of talking to teachers, to encourage the development of psychic conflicts that teachers crossed the relationship with the students. Therefore, the group considered inspired by the device of Institutional Pedagogy, "place of speech" (PAIN, 2009) and psychodynamic had their movements interpreted from the perspective of Winnicott's thinking. Taken into account the subjectivity of teachers, the group that served as the frame of the place of speech also contributed to that surge effects on the subjective position of the professionals involved in it, providing the conditions necessary changes to better management of indiscipline. In the case considered, when talking about their own aggression in the context of a group that served as cover (WINNICOTT, 2005), the teacher became more sensitive to messages of students, possibly transmitted by the unruly behavior.
