Abstract

SIGAL, Ana Maria. Yet psychoanalyis in the field of sexuation. Estud. psicanal. [online]. 2017, n.47, pp.35-45. ISSN 0100-3437.

The review of some freudian concepts related to sexuality and gender. The cientific progress and new epistemological formulations brought by the caos, complexity and dissipative theories, are retaken to think about science away from the traditional physical systems of cause and effect. We are invited to think about complex systems, dynamic and linear ones, disordered ones, systems were variants interact with different alternatives. We enquire the position were gender theories came to dwell in psychoanalysis, impoverishing or disqualifying it. Those difficulties are necessarily not products from gender theories, but the way psychoanalysis appropriates them. By retaking concepts as Oedipus, identifications, infantile sexuality and symbolic castration, as to restore them through the shades of contemporaneity and to differentiate them from gender identity. It needs to work sexuality through diversity and to appropriate itself the concept of a non oppositional difference.

Keywords : Gender identity; Sexuation; Difference; Diversity.
