Abstract

SANTOS, Jane Nogueira dos et al. Comparative study on the formation in Psychopedagogy in three countries: Brazil, Argentine and Spain. Rev. psicopedag. [online]. 2012, vol.29, n.90, pp.313-319. ISSN 0103-8486.

PURPOSE: To present a comparative study on training in Psychopedagogy in three countries: Brazil, Argentine and Spain. METHODS: A sample of twelve undergraduate degrees in Psychopedagogy, four courses in each of the three countries was analyzed. The criteria used in the comparison were: professional profile, duration of the course and review of curricula. The disciplines that made up the curriculum were divided into sub-areas of knowledge: education, health, social psychology and psychopedagogy. RESULTS: The results indicate that even with a variation in the emphasis of the disciplines that make up the curriculum, the training offered is similar among the countries analyzed. CONCLUSION: The formation of psychopedagogists these countries seeks to ensure a body of knowledge that ensures performance is in the area of mental health, whether in school.
