The author makes a brief historical since the appearance of the groups, going from concept to practice, to describe how she works with Reflection Groups. Started in Argentina in the seventies, it is a group with operative aim and not therapeutic. It has a broad task and it is employed in teaching institutions. As a coordinator, the author’s task is to facilitate, through oral expression, everybody’s speaking opportunities, to be receptive and clarify their contents, trying to insert them in the institutional reality.
