Abstract

MONTE-SERRAT, Dionéia Motta  and  TFOUNI, Leda Verdiani. Otherness and rites in legal discourse. Rev. SPAGESP [online]. 2011, vol.12, n.1, pp.79-87. ISSN 1677-2970.

Equality, imposed by the discourse of law, together with an obligation in the origin of saying, turns the sense homogeneous and ignores the inequality within social formations, excluding subjects with low literacy degree. This practice is observed in this article from the perspectives of Discourse Analysis, Literacy and Psychoanalysis of the theories, so that the paradox of coexistence of equality in inequality in the constitution of the subject may be considered.

Keywords : Subjectivity; Discourse; Psychoanalysis.
