Abstract

DIAS, Elsa Oliveira  and  LOPARIC, Zeljko. The Winnicott Model of care to adolescents in conflict with the law. Winnicott e-prints [online]. 2008, vol.3, n.1e2, pp.1-14. ISSN 1679-432X.

The paper presents a model for taking care of adolescents in conflict with the law based on Winnicott’s theory of emotional and personal maturation, as well as on his views on disruptions of this process (Winnicott’s psychopathology) and on procedures adequate for the treatment of these disruptions, in particular the “management”. This model was elaborated in view of application in institutions similar to the Fundação CASA-SP of the State of São Paulo, Brazil
