Abstract

This article deals with the subjectivities produced by historical processes and focuses on such processes that integrate adolescents in conflict with the law who have passed through the Assisted Freedom Program/Service to the Community Program (AFP/SCP) in Vitória/ES. Using the methodology of the oral history and having life testimonies of a young boy coming from the AFP/SCP, this study unfolds the analysis focusing on the production of feelings built by the young boy while meeting with the researcher. It is believed that the government programs built in order to help the poor young people limit their lifestyles, possibly producing even criminal subjectivities. This study also focuses on some aspects of the life's journey of young people, which lead to escapes, resistances and demand ethical and political actions from Psychology, actions of which target life's happenings and intensities.
