The aim of this study is to understand the working practices of one of the actors that make up the Network for the Protection of Children and Adolescents: The Guardianship Council. The Guardianship Council is an innovative public organization capable of effective responses to different situations omission or violence against the rights of the child and adolescent. This research was a qualitative study involving five managing directors, through structured interviews conducted in eight weekly meetings, with a script containing five blocks: Infrastructure, Service Network, Assessment Network and Customer Services Performed, Operation and Other Information.
