Home-school collaboration is an area that requires more attention from educators. Research demonstrates that students, schools, and parents can all benefit from the collaborative process. This article discusses the barriers to collaboration and offer ideas for the implementation of partnerships between home and school. Furthermore, it presents suggestions for involving school psycologists in the collaborative process by developing and evaluating programs and training teachers.
