Abstract

The junction of Law and Literature is an important phenomenon experienced in the current Brazilian context to promote a new perceptive in the understanding of Legal Theory and Practice, as well as for defending an essential interdisciplinary between law and other disciplines. The study in this paper will focus in the interface between Law and Psychoanalysis, to visualize the legal phenomena intrinsic in the erotomaniac reality brings in the movie “he loves me, he loves me not”. The conclusion suggested is that the law it is an attitude of to realize what is right between people, but, in the reality, it is wrapped to the arbitrary form of power (of the minorities), grounded in rationality that thwarts dreams, desires, aspirations, and more than this, that excludes, for rotulations, people which are called crazy without, oftentimes, that they have the opportunity of demonstrate their versions, at least in forty minutes (time of Angelique’s narrative).
