From scenes, rumors and evidence cultivated in a collective supervision group that brings together students and teachers, regular meetings are exercised as an opportunity to practice clinical gestures that we wish to sustain in interventions bound by the construction of a discussion forum on the relationship between health and work in the school environment. It was concluded that the activation of clinical gestures coincides with the practice of word circulation, analysis collectivization not to mention the redistribution of power in work relationships in the educational context.
