Abstract

A university laboratory clinical praxis as counseling psychology. Bol. psicol [online]. 2008, vol.58, n.128, pp.73-84. ISSN 0006-5943.

This work investigates how a university laboratory may conduct Clinical Psychological Attention Projects in institutions in the field of Counseling Psychology. The laboratory is presented by the coordinator and some participants’ narratives, which presented a proximity to the Social Clinical Psychology by the possibility of listening to subjects in institutions. On the other hand, there are also resonances with the existential phenomenology view by the way it conducts theoretical reflection, revealing comprehension of the human subjectivizing modes related to temporalized social, cultural and institutional aspects. Another possible consideration is referred to a conceptualization of a cartographical attitude as a way to clinical actions pertinently engendered at institutional contexts.

Keywords : Psychological attention; Existential phenomenology; Counseling Psychology; Psycho-sociology.
