Abstract

Taking account little pieces of the history of psychoanalysis, philosophy, arts and sociology the author emphasize the transgression as part of the subject constitution and how it appears on Adam and Eve myth. Coming close to religion and psychoanalysis, he takes the psychoanalytic treatment of a faithful to God patient as motivation to analyze the transference, the chosen of a religious life under the light of the psychoanalysis and the religion as a neurotic symptom. The author points out other kind of faith followers, who not completely dependent of God, are protagonists of their own lives, without giving up the protection of God.
