Abstract

WALZ, Julio Cesar. Non-oracular listening: a contribution from Wilfred Bion. Estud. psicanal. [online]. 2019, n.51, pp.171-176. ISSN 0100-3437.

The aim of the article is to draw attention to the emotional conflict between the reversibility and the irreversibility of time and how the struggle of these emotions within us can hinder a truly clinical or therapeutic listening. For this purpose, I will use the idea of Wilfred Bion's Definite Grid Hypothesis as the starting point of this study.

Keywords : Wilfred Bion; Grid; Definitory Hypothesis; Analytical Listening; Oracular Disorder.
