In childhood, the future of the individual is generated during all stages of life and the importance of this to determine the structure of personality of the human being, emphasizing that the great majority of psychic processes have their origin in childhood. In addition to this all the traumatic events that are experienced at this stage by the subject are many times detonating psychological disorders in adulthood. For this reason the present article describes aspects essential from the classic psychoanalysis and the objeales bonds, both in its healthy clinical components and in the neurosis. The study of the stages of affective maturation is therefore of great importance. Allows to know the difficulties and problems that the child must solve in each age to form psychically shows how, with corporal and mental possibilities still limited, the child must meet the educational demands and obligations. Modifications occur in the child that lead to a social behavior due to the dependence in which it is with respect to its parents in the material as in the emotional aspect. The libidinal phases, love and child rivalry in clinical neuroses and psychoses, compulsion to repetition, satisfaction of the needs and derivation of the impulses stand out among other characteristics; Psychic problems of the child, defense mechanisms, stages of infant psyche development and object linkage, basic concepts related to castration and guilt regarding oedipus, maturation processes and maternal care.
