Abstract
COUTINHO, Luciana Gageiro and CARNEIRO, Cristiana. Childhood, adolescence and malaise in education: dialogues between psychoanalysis and education. Psicol. clin. [online]. 2016, vol.28, n.2, pp.109-129. ISSN 0103-5665.
The article is the result of a research in progress conducted in the interface of psychoanalysis with Education. The research aims to contribute to tackling the difficulties experienced by educators and students with regard to the educational institution through an investigation of the "malaise in schooling for children and adolescents". Sustaining us in psychoanalytical perspective and believing that education and human subjectivity are given in the field of language, we can say that the transmission replays the inaugural process of birth of the subject, in which always participates an other/educator. However, noting that such a process is now strongly driven by the discourse of science rather than by the word of parents and education professionals, we propose a discussion about this malaise, through a case study of children and adolescents referred to the psychiatry (IPUB / UFRJ) by the school, carried out by a research intervention. At the end of the article, we present an extract of one case followed by the research that allows us to a discussion about the diagnosis of ADHA and the medicalization of school life.
