As a president of ABOP - Brazilian Association of Vocational Counselors I have had the opportunity to know a lot of experiences in the training of vocational counselors at the university and independent courses across the Brazil. I will presented a little history of vocational guidance, and also show the organization and methodology of a model on training professional counselors at the training course of Being Institute - of SP. Also I will comment on papers about the training of vocational counseling done at some Universities and at independent courses, across Brazil.
