This article has as proposal to reflect about aspects that are related to the mental disorders clinic in a psychosocial approach. In this direction, it presents the complex work in the context of the psychosocial approach, considering the transdisciplinary perspective and ratifying the importance of contemplating the culture and the daily life of those who demand for psychological attention, which means a clinic work that includes dialogue and the continuous assessment of assistance committed to the social and historical subject. Therefore, this is a clinic that takes into account the human being in his multiple aspects - individually and collectively -, examining the psychological actions in institutions and communities.
