SOUSA, Giovana Zappalá Porcaro and FUKUDA, Cláudia Cristina. Flourishing at work: systematic review of the literature in the last 10 years. Bol. - Acad. Paul. Psicol. [online]. 2022, vol.42, n.102, pp.60-73. ISSN 1415-711X.
Flourishing at work is a Positive Psychology construct that has been increasingly studied with the aim of improving workers' well-being and organizational results. This systematic review intended to map the antecedents and consequences of flourishing at work reported in the national and international scientific literature over the last 10 years. Searches were carried out in Sage, Scopus (Elsevier), PsyArticles (APA), Springer, JSTOR, BVS and Google Scholar databases from 2011 to 2021, using the descriptors "flourishing at work" and "florescimento no trabalho" in the title. The final sample consisted of 18 empirical studies, seven Brazilian and eleven international ones. From the literature review, it was identified that the studies are mostly quantitative, measuring antecedents (e.g. organizational and family context), the individual's internal resources (e.g. emotional intelligence, engagement with work) and consequences of flourishing at work (e. g. intention to leave). It was concluded that there are important gaps, both methodological (due to the need for more instruments and types of research design) and from the point of view of related variables, with a research agenda being proposed.
