Abstract

The present article has for objective to demonstrate the several relationship manners between the psychoanalysis and politics - forced choice among one and another; meeting and intersession -, the reasons of those several relationship manners and the impacts that they have on the projects that we found in several parts of the world of taking the clinic psychoanalitical a psychotherapy and, since then proposing in Legislative Assemblies a plan of control of the praxis of the psychoanalysis. We will demonstrate that such proposal is, in a certain way, a way of avoiding one of the characteristics of the politics - the discussion - and that, far away from being a proposition done in scientific bases, brings an implicit ethics of control of the subjects.
