This paper aims to present a bibliographic research in history of Soviet Science (or soviet system of science production) and its developments in psychology from 1948 to 1953. For this, we have gathered data by means of a review of references in Portuguese in the SciELO database, books and journals of the human sciences, and readings of significant books and articles in English language on the social and historic background of the constitution of soviet system of science production. The results describe how the affair Lyssenko and his Michurinist viewpoint led the scientists to follow a Pavlovian framework between 1950 and 1953 as the mandatory Party line for many Sciences, including psychology. We analyze how the affair Lyssenko led to a cascade of sessions in different scientific academies, which affected some leading researchers in psychology in that time, from which we singled out Luria and Leontiev.
