The purpose of this article is to analyze the emergencies of experiences promoted by the governments of some countries combating Covid-19 along the first months of 2020. Our working method was delimited from a documentary survey carried out on Internet news portals. It is considered that the pandemic provided a new format for forms of exception relating to governmentality in the context of 21st century society. Would these control strategies over life an opportune moment for the conditions for the applicability of new conduct management? Based on the literature consulted and the transversal analysis of the measures adopted with regard to confronting such health crisis, it is clear that the pandemic has strained the effects on sovereign regimes, modulating new forms of subjectivity and giving a porous character to the devices of governmentalization of life, as well as its precariousness around social practices.
