DIAS, Brendali and FERREIRA, Isaías Gonçalves. The logic of interpretation in Lacan: between the master-signifier and the there is something of One. Stylus (Rio J.) [online]. 2019, n.38, pp.125-136. ISSN 1676-157X.
According to Lacan the master-signifier presents a fundamental property to the logics of interpretation: its quilting point guarantees the legibility function. With that, the ordering of social bonds fixes one element (S1) that enables the reading effect in the interpretation of the discursive order. Freud, for example, identified one master-signifier, the symptom, that enabled "reading" the subjective splitting and finding out the unconscious. Lacan, in his turn, located a degenerating effect of the master-signifier in the discourse of the university through a corruption in the discourse of the master. However, he postulated that in the discourse of the analyst a style and a new function of the master-signifier emerge (singularity dimension) that produce an essential contingent resource to the production of a discursive turn towards there is something of One. So, through the policy of lack-of-being it is possible to think of a strategy that moves towards the dissolution of the subject supposed to know, since the analyst as the semblance of the object a puts the subject ($) to produce his-masters signifiers (S1), and thus, in the discourse of the analyst, the sheltered place of truth positions knowledge without subject (a/S2). Indeed, if on one hand the effects of the analysis produce the fundamental fantasy traversing and subjective destitution, on the other hand an analysis taken to its end has the effect of producing an analyst in solidarity with the policy of the symptom extracted from there is something of One.
