Abstract

JORGE, Hericka Zogbi; MULLER, Marisa Campio; FERREIRA, Vinícius Renato T.  and  CASSAL, Cecília. Dermatologic patients: maternal-fetal relations and self-agressivity. Psic [online]. 2004, vol.5, n.2, pp.22-25. ISSN 1676-7314.

The present article intends to discuss the importance of maternal-fetal relations established between dermatologic patients (in this case, with psoriasis) and their mothers. According to the literature about this theme (Anzieu, 1989; Winnicott, 1983) the quality of motherhood is extensively related to the appearing of psychosomatic disturbs, exemplificated by the skin limitant function of me and the other. Because of this function, the objective of this article is to discuss important relations between dermatology and psychology.

Keywords : Psychodermatology; Maternal-fetal relations; Skin; Contact.
