Half of them were professionals in the psychological evaluation area and the other half were from the information technology area. The number of subjects is equally divided into men and women, with an average age of 38 years. The instrument consists of 42 questions, 21 of which are opened ones. The items refer to the psychological evaluation (18 items), to technical aspects of the computer-based tests(14 items) and to general characteristics(10 items). From 26 experts` suggestions, 16 were attached to the instrument. The results showed a significant moderate correlation of 0,40 between the experts, considering all the items. A high and significant correlation of 0,626 was observed between the psychological evaluation items and the technology ones. An even higher correlation of 0,866 appeared for technology and global items. It was also observed variations due to the age for the global items and the ones related to technology.
