This work approaches some basic conceptualizations of Political Psychology and reviews some of its best recent investigations, there are among them a wide rank of variables, such as historical memory, collective memory, political genocide, political activism, terror manipulation and authoritarism, electoral behavior, political identity, attitudes and culture, power, perception of the democracy, corruption, leadership, social trauma as well as inter-group forgiveness, among others.
