The author, through fragments of different group sessions, brings some reflexions on what may cause a growth in the group work. The groups used are brought from different population and contexts. The restlessness came mainly due to the stagnation of one of the groups during three months, what made them investigate the subject. It reveals the development of the groups and draws a theoric view to, later, release ideas on what promotes the development in groups.
