Abstract

This article discusses a training experience in school psychology, in which it was possible to lead some activities that opened up space for dialogue, discussion of the difficulties and solutions anchored in shared knowledge. It introduces the Reflection Group as a device and discusses how its use in educational settings can provide opportunities for talking and listening to participants and providing changes in institutional relationships.
