The article aims to discuss the criminalization processes based in the Transgender people experience. In this sense, civil registry change procedures in the judiciary system of the state of Rio de Janeiro will be analyzed We intend to articulate self-nominated and not essentialist notions of gender constitution and Foucault's modern rationality perspective. Besides that, the production of the individual with juridical status and the criminalization processes perspective will also be used to achieve this goal. With a methodological approach based on the social cartography, the Rio de Janeiro's judiciary system will be analyzed, indicating discussions about the following topics: 1) life`s "judicialization" process with the legal powers expansion in everyday decisions, 2) transgender's identities "pathologizing" process and 3) the production of truth by experts about identity experiences.
