Such emphasis over all falls again into the theoretical analysis and professional experience in criminal Institutions (Arrests). Referring to the silence, it means to say that such lines of direction of public politics, establish in fields and restricted spheres, frequent unchained for emergence and prompt contexts related to the reasons and punitive, reproductive logics and legislators of violence: religious, legal, economicist, tecnicist and totalitarian, where the fear front to the increase and intensification of the against-power or crime is generally the starting of such dislocated mobilizations.
