APPEL, Zélia Malinverni and PUCCI, Viviane Rodrigues. Comportamento pessoal versus comportamento organizacional. Psicol. Am. Lat. [online]. 2007, n.9. ISSN 1870-350X.
In a multinational organization a relevant factor is the observation of the spatial arrangements, how it is configured, how are the relationships established; the culture: beliefs, values, attitudes. How does the organizational environment, presents itself, which variables may be significant. With new technologies, the majority of the tasks in the enterprise are mechanical, repetitive, but only people can innovate, obtain and add knowledge, which makes investment in collaboration rather decisive. Certain attitudes are manifested by character or personality traits, which more than a formal training can make an impact in the decision making process. Before taking care of the needs of external clients, companies ought to be able to take care of its internal clients, developing work of self-knowledge and generating additional resources in areas such as: leadership, communication, creativity, decision making, identifying and promoting such talents, and only subsequently thinking in terms of productivity. A motivated group attains its goals in an individual and social integration, elements that lead to growth.
